FREE parking for up to 2 cars. Spacious 4 bed property sleeping a total of 20 people with 14 individual beds. Located less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, Pier and Pavilion. The popular Queens Park is just opposite and lends itself perfectly to summer sunbathing, picnics and games.

The interior has a French theme with each bedroom carrying it's own individual style with designer wallpaper from the likes of Vivienne Westwood to beautiful Louis VX style dressing tables.

This space covers the blueprint of the entire property so it is perfect for large groups.

Kitchen area

The kitchen comprises cream country style units, gas oven with electric grill and hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The cupboards are stocked with wine and champagne glasses for 20 people as well as ample pots, pans and cooking utensils etc for your stay.

Living area

The lounge, decorated in soft pinks with the added accent of deep purples, has lovely plush sofas, a coffee table and large screen TV with NowTV giving you access to Sky, Sky Cinema and Netflix.

Dining area

Two dining tables, papered with the map of Paris, and benches to comfortably seat 20 people.

Patio

Directly off of the lounge you will find a small walled patio with a table and chairs. We regret that the outside space is not suitable for BBQs.

Ground floor

Bedroom 1: Butterfly Room (sleeps 6)

Two adult triple bunks comprising of one double bed on the bottom and a single on top. A stunning dressing table, and two bedside tables complete the look of this room. All bunk beds used in this property have been handmade to order and specifically designed for adults.

Bedroom 2: Antoinette Room (sleeps 4)

With a triple bunk bed and an additional single bed, this lovely bedroom has feature wall and black bedside tables contrasting against the wallpaper. The bedroom has access to Bathroom 1.

Bathroom 1

Accessible via the Antoinette Room as well as the hallway, this bathroom comes with a shower, wash basin and WC.

First floor

Bedroom 3: Petticoat Room (sleeps 4)

Another bedroom with a triple bunk bed and a single bed, French style dressing table with added accessories. Decorated in pink with a feature wall, silky cushions and soft throws.

Bedroom 4: Flower Room (sleeps 6)

This spacious bedroom comes is decorated with beautiful flower wallpaper and comes with two triple bunk beds and two dressing tables alongside the wall- great spot to get ready.

Bathroom 2

Ensuite to the Flower Room and houses two walk in showers, WC and wash basin.

Bathroom 3

Just off the hallway between the Petticoat Room and the Flower Room, this bathroom comes with double shower cubicles, WC and wash basin.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
