Lovingly designed bright and airy, first floor studio sleeping up to four (two adults), in the heart of Brighton’s shopping district. Only a short walk from the train station, the studio is close to The Lanes, seafront, shopping area and an array of restaurants- great location for anyone looking for a short stay!

This modern kitchenette area brings you the basics all in one tidy space. A hob and combination microwave oven provide cooking facilities. Fridge with small freezer compartment. Washing machine with dryer.

A drop leaf table with four folding stools sits neatly by the windows.

Comfy two seat sofa bed to enjoy the cosy living space. A TV with ability to play CD, DVD or plug in your mobile device. Tastefully decorated in neutral tones with relaxing green hints of colour.

Double ottoman bed giving storage and wardrobe with mirrored doors. Curtain allows sleeping area to be private and cosy.

I liked all the attractions a boat ride,the bus tour,a ghost walk tour,the sea is very nice.I would go again.I took my dog,he really enjoyed it too.

If your going to Brighton to do the tourist thing then this property is perfectly situated literally between the two piers which is were we spent most of our vacation. I have to be honest, when I saw… More

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
