It is possible to check in a little early(2pm) and out a little later(11am) for a separate small fee. Please enquire if you would be interested in either of these options.
Access to the apartment is via the parking forecourt at the front of the building, through the iron gate and down the steps to the private front door entrance. There is an outside cupboard just before the entrance housing the combination padlocked luggage storage locker. Please be aware that this is a communal space for the building and there is no light so can be very dark.
On entering the apartment to the right of the entrance lobby is access to the utility room/cellar. In here you will find coat hooks, the washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of storage space.
On the right are the steps up in to the oak floored open plan lounge/kitchen area. The room size is roughly 21.5' long by 16'11" max. wide .
The kitchen area has been fitted with high end fully integrated appliances and finished off with a sublime American black walnut worktop and is equipped with everything that anyone would require including a wine chiller and Nespresso coffee machine with a few complimentary capsules.
Tea, coffee & sugar are provided as are some basics like washing up liquid & some cleaning materials.
The hot water boiler is located in the cupboard at the end of the kitchen breakfast bar. This cupboard also houses the ironing board and iron.
The lounge area centres around a lovely old open fireplace. The chimney however has been capped so this is for show only. There is a 50" UHD 4K tv with freeview tv. There is a double sofa bed for an extra 1 or 2 guests too and a beautiful solid oak extending dining table with 4 matching chairs in the bay window. Just to put a little perspective on it, although this is a lower ground floor apartment, the lounge/kitchen area is surprisingly bright and when there are no cars parked on the forecourt if you stand in the lounge area you can clearly see the sea and the Brighton pier from the lovely bay window.
In the hallway from the lounge there is a cupboard straight ahead with shelving housing fresh towels and bed linen. Underneath is a Dyson hoover and laundry bin.
On the left of the hallway is a hotel style luxuriously fitted shower room tiled with real honed slate flooring and prestige travertine wall tiles. The shower enclosure has a luxury dual waterfall/rainfall showerhead above with hand held attachment to the side. For those that need a little extra light, the mirror has its own bright LED strip light either side. Towels & flannels are provided along with soap & shower gel.
On the right of the hall is a large double bedroom measuring 13'9" x 13'7" max, fitted with a top quality carpet for comfort. The king size bed has a luxurious orthopaedic pillow topped mattress for both ultimate comfort and support and 4 pillows, 2 of which also offer orthopaedic support and is finished off with luxury high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and high quality, luxury bedding. A DAB digital alarm clock is in this room along with a selection of books to read. If you really like any of the books please feel free to take it home with you! A hairdryer & hair straighteners can be found in the dressing table drawer.

The apartment comes with a permit to park for free in one of 4 shared bays off street at the front of the property. These 4 bays work on a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed to be available at any time. Once parked displaying the permit there is no limit or time restrictions on how long any car may stay in a bay. The permit to park in one of these bays is obtained at your check in time only, not before and must be left back in the apartment at your check out.
