“First Class”

Reviewed 5 Jun 2017

This is a great apartment and very close to Brighton Town, stayed here for three nights. Carl was very helpful and always responded quickly when contacted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the weather was great as well which made it perfect. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Brighton. Thanks Carl we hope to return.

“Lovely place... amazing facilities and everything we wanted was provided”

Reviewed 3 Jun 2017

We stated here for 2 days and the place was absolutely amazing. We loved the fact thats its really close to the beach

“Excellent apartment”

Reviewed 20 Apr 2017

We had an excellent stay here. It was spotless and very high class. The decor was top notch. The owner was easy to get hold of in case of any problems, but there wasn't any. Everything we needed was there and only two minutes from the beach. The chocolates waiting for us also made us feel special. Would definitely book there again.

“Perfect location”

Reviewed 1 Apr 2017

Stayed for a few nights in this lovely apartment. It is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. It is in a good location only a few minutes from the front and not far from restaurants and shops. It has everything too need.

“Christmas rocked !”

Reviewed 3 Jan 2017

Stayed for 4 days over Christmas 2016 and cannot fault the apartment. The location is excellent - mere steps away from the beach and loads of good supermarkets just a little further in the other direction. The apartment is very well appointed and surprisingly quiet both from street noise and people living above. Special mention for the huge wall-mounted tv in the bedroom - like being at the cinema ! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Owner's reply: Hi Chris, Great to hear you all had such a good time. Thank you for such a lovely review. You know where we are if you fancy a break in 2017! :) Happy new year to you both. Carl

“Little hidden treasure”

Reviewed 1 Jul 2016

You can't expect to find this treasure while outside the flat. As soon as you get in - comfort, tranquility and attention to details are everywhere. We spent a really good time in this flat and booked it again in August. Carl, the owner, was extremely helpful and understanding, always going an extra mile and trying to make you feel comfy and happy (e.g. we had a little baby with us and the cot was waiting for us already together with the little treat). Location is perfect- the see and the shops/eating out. We had all we needed during our holiday and are very pleased to recommend this place to others.

“Excellent !!”

Reviewed 4 Nov 2015

The accommodation provides everything you need with a touch of class. Location is perfect for exploring Brighton and the Brighton Pier is a stone throw away. I strongly recommend this accommodation for a couple.

“Cool apartment + great location”

Reviewed 3 Oct 2015

I stayed at the Brighton Rock Beach Apartment for 3 nights with 3 mates for my birthday. The location is brilliant, literally a few minutes walk from Brighton Pier and the seafront is at the bottom of the road. Kemptown is on your doorstep - late night convenience shop up the road, greasy spoon cafe round the corner, 3 small supermarkets and a number of pubs and restaurants extremely close by. The city centre/shops are also a very short walk away - whether it's the Brighton Lanes or North Laine. The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably - the main bedroom has an incredibly comfy memory foam mattress (with a king size bed) and there is an inflatable air mattress (with pump) which sleeps 2 and also a fold out z-bed which could also sleep 2 small people. (You only get 1 double duvet for these 2 though). The place is probably better suited to 2 couples or a family with kids than a group of friends but I was lucky as my mates decided that I could have the king size bed all to myself as it was my birthday, just as well as most of them snore loudly! The lounge is reasonably big and there's Sky+ HD, free wi-fi as well as a Blu-Ray/DVD player for pre or post going out entertainment. Main bedroom has a 50 inch LED TV which is connected to the Sky box in the lounge. Kitchen is stocked up with cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer etc. There's a small private patio area with a table and 4 chairs outside - but it is overlooked by the upper floors of the building. Shower room/toilet is ok. Two of my mates had trouble with the hot water but I never had any problems. The owner Carl is always close at hand for any problems and he only lives up the road but we never had to call him for anything. There are steps leading down to the front door so this may not be suitable for people with disabilities, also mind your head when you go up the stairs, I'm pretty short and I still smacked my head once! You can park for free on Queen's Park Road - but you might struggle to get a space at the weekend. We arrived late on Thursday afternoon and there was only 2 or 3 free spaces. Otherwise you can buy parking permits from Carl to park close by and for cheaper than the normal parking meter price. I've stayed in 3 different apartments in Brighton and this was one of the best. Definitely recommended and would definitely go back there again! Complimentary bottle of wine and Milk Tray too!

“Great apartment!!!”

Reviewed 18 Aug 2015

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Brighton Rock apartment from the 4th 'till the 12th of August. Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed staying here and it felt like a home away from home. The tv system and the big spacious bed where the best! I cooked dinner in the kitchen without problems, everything you need is there! The beach and St. James street are just a few steps away. The location is perfect! Close to the beach and restaurants. The Churchill shopping centre is just a fifteen minute walk away or a 5 minute bus drive. We also went to the harbor with the train and spent an evening on the Pier. We already booked our holiday at this apartment for next year cause we love it so much!! Carl & Charlie replyed very fast via e-mail and text message. Thank you guys for making our stay so wonderful! :)

“Fantastic Apartment close to sea front”

Reviewed 24 Feb 2014

Stayed at this lovley apartment for just under a week. The owner Carl was very helpful with any questions we had to ask. The apartment is very close to the sea front with plenty of shop and places to eat. The standard of decoration is very good with cosy settees in the front room. We the loved the wine cooler fridge. Bed was very comfy with a 50 inch smart TV in the bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely would return
