Getting around

The apartment is so centrally located you really won't need a car or even to use a bus. everywhere is within walking distance. You can be in the lanes and central shopping area within 7 minutes or on the beach in 30 seconds. The famous Pier is moments away. Parking is available either from pay and display on the streets around the apartment, or you can buy parking permits from the local guest houses, or ourselves with 3 days notice, this can be arranged and permits can be left by our property manager in the apartment for your arrival. usual cost for permits are around £10 per day and entitle parking for 24 hours right outside. Alternatively free parking is a 15 min walk or you can use the website justpark for more competitive parking.

Interaction with guest

We operate a key-safe system. So you can arrive and check out at your leisure and not have to worry about meeting with someone. We will release your code to you the day before you check in. It couldn't be easier. No need to worry about meting anyone at the property at a set time. You can arrive any time you like and let yourself in.

Me and my partner love to visit Brighton at least a couple times a year(typically more), normally staying in a hotel. I recently arranged a weekend away. We generally like to stay somewhere different everytime but I have to say after spotting this property and the PRICE in comparison to what the best price we could get for a hotel was astounding!!The most amazing property!!! The pics when booking were fab but the scale and size of the property when we entered surpassed our expectations. Thank you very much to Carl the owner the service was fantastic!!! Would 100% stay again and recommend to friends!!

“Lovely place to stay, fantastic location”

Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable & cozy place to stay. Amazing location, close to everything but far enough away for piece & quiet. Ample room & lots of storage space in the bedroom. Outside area is a little sun trap to drink your morning coffee. Very easy to book, Carl's communication was super. Managed to find some 'free' parking within a 20 minute walk. Can't wait to get booked again. Thank you.

Excellent location fulfilling most tourist requirements , clean and tidy accommodation, only downside was no parking although followed Carl's advice and used the Just Park app and found parking 10 min walk away at a reasonable £42.00 for the weekend

This is a great apartment and very close to Brighton Town, stayed here for three nights. Carl was very helpful and always responded quickly when contacted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the weather was great as well which made it perfect. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Brighton. We had an excellent stay here. It was spotless and very high class. The decor was top notch. The owner was easy to get hold of in case of any problems, but there wasn't any. Everything we needed was there and only two minutes from the beach. The chocolates waiting for us also made us feel special. Would definitely book there again.

Stayed for 4 days over Christmas 2016 and cannot fault the apartment. The location is excellent - mere steps away from the beach and loads of good supermarkets just a little further in the other direction. The apartment is very well appointed and surprisingly quiet both from street noise and people living above. Special mention for the huge wall-mounted tv in the bedroom - like being at the cinema ! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Little hidden treasure”

You can't expect to find this treasure while outside the flat. As soon as you get in - comfort, tranquility and attention to details are everywhere. We spent a really good time in this flat and booked it again in August. Carl, the owner, was extremely helpful and understanding, always going an extra mile and trying to make you feel comfy and happy (e.g. we had a little baby with us and the cot was waiting for us already together with the little treat). Location is perfect- the see and the shops/eating out. We had all we needed during our holiday and are very pleased to recommend this place to others.

The accommodation provides everything you need with a touch of class. Location is perfect for exploring Brighton and the Brighton Pier is a stone throw away. I strongly recommend this accommodation for a couple.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
