“Gorgeous accommodation, excellent location!”

Reviewed 25 Nov 2015

I organised a stay in the Toast of Brighton for my sister's classy hen do. There were 17 other girls and the apartment had enough room for us all to each have our privacy in the different areas of the apartment but also be sociable in the sitting room and dining areas. I've rented other accommodation but this was by far the best that I've stayed in. They had thought of everything including enough spare keys and even had an ice bucket for our prosecco! It was absolutely beautiful. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Brighton station and just off the North Laines which made herding the hens really easy! The staff were really helpful with the booking and even helped me to book an excellent oriental workshop cookery course in the house itself. Thanks Thomas for answering my many, many questions! I cannot recommend enough, would definitely book again!

Owner's reply: Delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Toast. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback.

“EXCELLENT!”

Fantastic stay @ Toast. 14 girls on a hen weekend. Very good communications Apartment was immaculate, with everything you could need. Fantastic location. Can't wait to come back!! SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. Delighted that you enjoyed your stay and you're more than welcome to come back next year!!

“Perfect!”

Reviewed 11 May 2015

We stayed at the toast of brighton last weekend and I couldn't recommend it more! It was exactly as it was in the pictures, and was spotlessly clean. It was in the perfect location, only 5 minutes walk from the station, right in the middle of all the shops, and 10 mins to the seafront. The living area was the perfect size for our group of 13(although the house can cater for 16) with plenty of room for us all to comfortably sit in the lounge and at the dinner table. It was very reasonably priced, and actually per person probably worked out less than we could have got a hotel room for. I would recommend the house to anyone, and one of our group is already considering booking again with another group of friends. The only slight thing that was not ideal is that there is no where to stop and unload next to the property without pulling up in double yellow lines, however, once unloaded there are several car parks very close by (we found the station car park to be the cheapest)

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such great feedback. Pleased that you liked the apartment and enjoyed your stay in Brighton.

“FABULOUS!”

Reviewed 13 Aug 2014

This property definitely had the wow factor for us. We went for my sisters hen party, twelve of us altogether. The property was plenty big enough (although some beds where quite small, this is the only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5!) A very well equipped kitchen. Wine glasses, tumblers, champagne glasses etc. we didn't need anything else in there. Location was perfect...right in the heart of Brighton and everything was in walking distance, the pier, bars shops etc. The company we booked through, Crown Gardens, where brilliant. Very professional, helpful and efficient. We all really loved it! The living area was particularly fabulous, a really sociable room. Would definitely book this again!

Owner's reply: We are so pleased that you had a great stay at The Toast of Brighton. On behalf of the landlords and Crown Gardens Ltd, thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. We look forward to seeing you again.
