1 minute from the beach, 5 minutes from Churchill Square - you really can't ask for a better location in Brighton whether you're looking for a glorious beach holiday, fantastic shopping, lively night life or superb restaurants. This place has it all virtually on the doorstep!
Outstanding views. One could argue, the best in Brighton & Hove.
This lovely first floor apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard; with a stunning modern bathroom and kitchen whilst keeping original features such as a feature marble surround fireplace and corniced ceilings. The main drawing room is the main attraction, it's so easy to while away the hours taking in the beautiful view which can be seen through the floor to ceiling windows.
Regency Square secure car park is under the grass in the middle of Regency Square. It is very modern, has CCTV throughout, there are 507 spaces, 24 hour secure access. Cheaper rates available through the JustPark website.

Visit to Brighton with my wife for football which we won't talk about. We love Brighton and normally book hotels but decided this time to use Holiday Lettings and go self catering. We read previous reviews and chose the Regency Retreat based on these and a good value price for the location. We were not disappointed. Firstly, you should not be put off by the tired exterior of the shared entrance. The quality of the apartment inside was as per the photos on the site. Attached are a few of our own. You had everything and more, towels, linen, kitchen facilities including washing up/dishwasher tablets and even tea/coffee. The living room/lounge is very spacious. There is a full instruction folder for the wifi, TV, heating and soundbar. The bedroom is lovely located in the quieter back room away from traffic noise. The shower is excellent. Location, location, location. A view of the sea and i360. Literally 2 minutes to the seafront promenade, 10-15 minutes to the main shopping area and 20 minutes walk to the train station. We had no problem in getting parking in Regency Square, cost £18 per day but this is the going rate for Brighton. Maybe the timing but JustPark were a lot more expensive for advance booking. Eating out, we did not have to venture far. Beautiful thai meal at Siam Siam on Friday night. 4 minute walk around to Preston Street where there is great choice of restaurants and bars. Saturday night was even closer at the fab Regency restaurant on the corner of the square, seafood heaven and extremely popular. Finally, it would be wrong of me not to mention the owner Simon who responded promptly to all questions prior to our visit but also helped us out when we found ourselves accidentally locked out. Simon was in Switzerland but got his lovely father to call us and within half an hour the cleaner let us in with a spare pair of keys. Cannot recommend the Regency Retreat enough!!
