Grand Timber Lodge is an award winning Colorado Ski-in, Ski-out condo/apartment resort on the fabulous Breckenridge slopes and walking distance from this historic Rockies town center. Our whole Apartment has 3 Bedrooms, Lounge/Kitchen/Diner, 3 ensuite Bathrooms, balcony and comfortably Sleeps 10. This can be split into different lock-off configurations with separate entrances to suit sleeping 10, 6, 4 or 2 (see floorplan).

For example, the Studio Apartment sleeps up to 4 people, with large double bed and convertible sofa-bed options, with a small dining/kitchenette area & full en-suite bathroom (see separate listing or enquire of us for this or other combinations).

In this spacious residence you will find all the comforts of home including:

- Equipped kitchen (mini refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker and dishes/utensils, etc)

- Cable Television, Media players, etc.

- Internet/WiFi, Telephone system with voicemail, Dataports, etc.

The residence has 3 bedrooms, 3 ensuite Bath/Shower areas, and a Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen as is the dining area. The lounge door opens onto a covered open balcony

Hot Tubs, Pools, Car parking, Ski storage, Concierge, on-call free Shuttle across Breckenridge, etc - and all other checked facilities in the description are all complementary within the price.

The onsite bar, shop, restaurant, ski-shop, spa treatments, etc. are additional.

A Ski-In & Ski-Out location with two directions to depart and arrive from multiple ski lifts. Choose to easily return for lunch or eat on the mountain, then at the end of the day relax in one of the large hot-tubs and pools (or a spa) before deciding whether to dine in or out. There is a free shuttle bus to drop you at the best Breckenridge bars, restaurants, music venues or other places of interest.

Unlike some, there's no timeshare or inspection tours required - it's your vacation!! (but if you'd like to look at owning in the area, let us know :-) )

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chris (the owner) a message.

If Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
