Located in Caernarfon and only 3.7 miles from Caernarfon Castle, Quiet Rural location, easy access to main roads provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property features sea views.

I have been renting since June 2021 and love having guest staying especially since Covid when people really need a bit of peace and recuperation.

This apartment comes with 1 bedroom, a kitchenette with a Microwave ,Oven ,Single Hob and a Fridge. A tv/dvd combo with flat-screen. a seating area for eating with beautiful views , and 1 bathroom with raised Bath and Raised toilet due to plumbing requirement's.

King size Cosy Bed and Central Heating .

Towels and bed linen are supplied

Small washing up Station as no washing up sink.

Dogs are welcome too with notice they are coming . Dogs must not be left alone in the annex due to guests leaving a dog in there for 6 hours alone.

The nearest airport is Anglesey Airport, 16.8 miles from the apartment.

Quirky self contained Annex, situated in the rural village of Rhostryfan. Easy access to main road leading to Snowdon ,Dinas Dinlle beach 15 mins drive. This Annex is self contained and has parking outside the door. Central Heating, Double Glazing. Bedding provided. Towels and toiletries. Own access . Wi-Fi , Tv with access to Netflix and prime, plus Alexa . Dogs are welcome must wear a lead when out on the lane. Fridge will have supplies in. I do have reviews on other sites. I live in a cottage next door so I'm on hand if you need anything but invisible if you don't 😄. I love having people come to stay and over the last 2 years have gained new Friends .

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
