This is a fabulous ground floor 1 bedroom apartment which offers direct access to the beach from the lounge/dining area. Malibu is located just outside Benalmadena. A car is not necessary for a holiday here as there is a bus stop right outside the block which will take you into Benalmadena in one direction or Fuengirola in the other. There are bars and restaurants close by and a large local supermarket is within walking distance. There is also a snack bar/restaurant right next door so you do not have far to go for a cool drink. This is closed during the winter months.
On entering the apartment the bedroom is on the right. It has 2 single beds that are made up as a double but they can be separated if needed. There is a large free standing wardrobe, full length mirror, dressing table and hair dryer.
Straight ahead is the shower room which houses the washing machine.
Turn left and you enter the lounge/dining room and the kitchen is separated by an archway. This is a lovely bright area with comfortable sofas. There is a modern television which shows BBC, ITV, etc., and there is a DVD player. There is a small table and 2 chairs for you to eat at while enjoying the view.
The kitchen has a 4 ring electric hob and full oven. There is a microwave and fridge freezer. It is well equipped with all the usual kitchen utensils.
The main focal point of this room is the fabulous seating area which has two easy chairs for relaxing and taking in the beach and sea views. Just a few steps from here and you are on the beach. What more can you ask for?
There are 2 sun loungers with mattresses and an umbrella provided for guest use on the beach included in the rental price. On local beaches you would pay 10 euros a day for two beds and an umbrella so this is a big saving.
The apartment has air conditioning/heating in the lounge area and the bedroom.
We ask that our smoking guests use the outside area and thank you for your co-operation.
Check in time for the accommodation is 16.00pm and check out is 10.00am but this is flexible and we try to have all our guests in and settled as soon as we can.
Travel cots, pushchairs, high chairs, sun loungers, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, fans etc., are all available for hire. Enquire about rental costs. If there is something you need for your holiday that we don´t rent out ourselves let us know and we will try and source it for you.
Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided but are available for rent at a cost of 2.50 pounds per guest per stay.
This apartment is managed by a husband and wife team with 10 years experienced in the holiday rental market. We pride ourselves on the service we offer and in making your holiday stress free as we know how hard people work for their annual break, as do we. We have over 15 properties advertised on Holiday Lettings.
Airport transfers can be arranged through our own website if required.
On your day of arrival you will be met at the property with the keys.
For guests with a flight arrival time after 22.00PM there will be a 15 pound meet & greet charge.
If flight times are not convenient with check in/check out times we can store your luggage for a small cost, depending on how long for.

Loved the apartment it was spotless.the location was amazing you were just a few steps from the beach couldn’t ask for anything more the Malibu beach bar was great it was just next door it had a lovely atmosphere even though it was so close you never heard any noise.theres a couple of restaurants close by they were very good.we had a great holiday and would love to come back in the future.

Fantastic just like the photo infact better. the apartment was immaculate I usually have to clean around not this time. Ann was great she was there to meet us and s show us around. and there was lots of information left places to go bus information train times etc. where the supermarket was and a taxi number if you need one and she was always on hand if you had a problem. The apartment block was so friendly we had our own sunbeds saved us money. and there is a bar next door.I was a bit worried about the noise but need not have bothered did not hear a thing the sound of the waves made more noise. Robert and I would love to return next years for my 65th fingers crossed I forgot the bar next door does meals very reasonable and very nice. hope the place was left tidy enough for you Ann I like to leave things as I find them. many thanks for a fantastic holiday hopefully see you next year Robert and Sandra Newcastle.

“Great modern, clean beach apartment for a couple.”
The apartment is approx a thirty minute walk into the midst of Benalmadina and another ten minutes to the marina. A bus can be caught approx every 30 minutes right outside the apartments costing 1.55 euro. There is a decent sized supermarket within a ten minute walk and beach bar serving decent food right next door. It's fantastic to be able to walk out of the door onto the beach which is only busy on weekends. The apartment is modern and clean with everything needed and is very good value and I would highly recommend it. The only way it would of been improved for me is air con or a decent stand alone fan for the bedroom as it was uncomfortably hot during the night.

Had such a relaxing time on the beach and in the sea. The apartment was a few feet from the beach and catered for all our needs. This included an excellent Wifi signal that worked on the beach too. Anne and Nigel were very friendly and made us most welcome, answered all our questions and were always at the end of the phone, as well taking us too and from the airport. We was also lucky enough to meet the owners who were a lovely couple and all they was interested in was making sure we was having a great time. The only downside was the the lack of bars and restaurants, but the the beach bar served good food and drink until the early hours of the morning. The location far outweighed the lack of bars and restaurants. There was bus stops outside the apartment, with a regular bus service and a taxi from Benalnadena cost 10 euros. The apartment lacked air conditioning, but that was a personnel preference and it would not stop us coming back again.

There is the beach bar next door and an Tappenyaki restaurant 5 minutes away that gets great reviews on Tripadvisor. Next to that there is a pizza restaurant. In the other direction there are a couple of Spanish restaurants only 5 minutes away. There is obviously a far greater choice in the main area of Benalmadena and you have mentioned the local transport. Thank you for that and for taking the time to write a review. “Amazing location, I didn't want to leave.”
This is an amazing place to stay. I have never slept that close to the waves, the door literally opens onto the sand. We sat for many hours just reading and watching the sea. Such a relaxing week, can't wait to return.
“Great Relaxing Break”
Had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment. Everything you can think of you needed was within the apartment,such as a little shopping trolley for going to the supermarket up the road, books to read, sun beds e.t.c! Ann and Nigel, the people who manage the apartment were very helpful! I would recommend going June or September when its likely to be cooler. The food and drink at the beach bar close to the apartment was great. The location of the apartment was perfect not too far from Benalmadena, about a 15 min bus ride,and the beach location was fab. The beach wasn't busy for the time of year! Would definitely go back again! Thank you!

Nice warm welcome by Ann . Apartment nice & clean with everything you needed for a self catering holiday . Malibu beach bar had good food which was on the door step good restaurants within walking distance plus a bus stop outside which buses came 1/2 hourly into benelmadena what more could you want lovely stay.
“Absolutely fantastic, view to die for”
What a fantastic appartment, right on the beach with a view second to none. It was lovely to sit in the window seats and listen to the waves. The appartment was very clean and well equipped, there was English tv with freeview if you wanted it. The bed was amazingly comfortable and there was a dressing table with mirror for getting ready which we don't often find. Although the appartment was a little out of benalmadena, the bus stop just outside the appartment block was a huge bonus to get around and the fares very low. Overall a great stay, so much so that we had only been there 2 or 3 days and booked again for September. Thanks Ann, we cannot rate this appartment enough.
