Ático de lujo en Benalmádena Costa donde encontrarán una bonita playa cruzando la calle de la urbanización dispone de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Este precioso ATICO está situado en un área privilegiada y tranquila con vistas frontal al mar..El ático está situado en una excelente urbanización privada con cámaras de vigilancia 24h,ascensor, amplios jardines con piscinas tanto para adultos como para niños con socorrista para mayor seguridad. Este lugar es perfecto para aquellos que buscan estar en una zona segura y tranquila, pero al mismo tiempo a pocos pasos de supermercados restaurantes ,farmacias etc.

El atico disponede CLIMATIZACIÓN CENTRAL (aire acondicionado y calefacción) en toda la vivienda, WIFI 24h, zona de PARKING para más de un coche y un garaje privado (Incluido en el precio).

El atico está compuesto de 2 plantas donde:

-La primera planta tiene una bella terraza con vistas al mar frontal, un amplio salón comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada. La primera planta dispone de un baño y 2 dormitorios: uno de cama de matrimonio y otro con dos camas.

    Apartamento con dos terrazas, bonitas vistas, muy limpio ,cerca de la playa y de varios bares y restaurantes. Está en una urbanización muy tranquila.Hemos estado muy a gusto.

    How do damage deposits work?
