This newly renovated villa has uninterrupted views across the valley from each of the rooms. There are 4 stunning bedrooms, 2 beautiful kitchens and 2 amazing bathrooms. From the living, dining room you can step onto the veranda, there are panoramic vistas towards to other villages in the distance and it is equipped with all you need to enjoy any meal.

At the garden level is the summer kitchen and additional shower room with toilet. This leads to the terraced garden in which you can relax and enjoy the heated swimming pool. Alfresco dining is a must with a kitchen garden to hand.

In winter and spring, snow-capped mountains are seen in the distance with clear blue skies above. Skiing is available a short distance up the valley.

Lugliano is a beautiful village in the hills near Bagni Di Lucca. The narrow, picturesque road leads through the village to the house.

It is minutes away from the famous hill walking of the region, alternatively mountain biking can be enjoyed along with climbing. You can also kayak on the nearby rivers Lima and Sergio. Horse riding is popular with several liveries in the area. A 10 minute drive leads to the Ponte Diana, where you can swim or walk along the river.

During the summer local villages host their festa's with great food and music. Each local town has a weekly market and all have historic churches and beautiful architecture.

The railway station in Bagni di Lucca is 10 minutes away from where you can travel into Lucca, Pisa and beyond.

Lucca is 40 minutes away by car, the famous centre for music festivals and nightly performances of opera. It is a charming pedestrianised city, where you can view the attractive architecture or alternatively walk along the perimeter walls. There are many fabulous restaurants and gelataria around every corner.

Florence can be reached within 1.5 hours; Pisa is 1 hour away as is the airport. The beaches of Viareggio are a 1 hour drive and the waterparks are a similar distance.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
