A brand new contemporary chalet only steps away from a stunning sandy beach on a peaceful park with large green areas. The large front decking allows you to sit and watch the sun set with the decking area off the back bedroom for watching the sunrise.Lovely soft furnishings await you at the chalet with all the beachside equipment in the shed you could need.

A perfect base for a family holiday or romantic break.Just 3 miles from Mundesley it is the gateway to the beautiful gem of North Norfolk with its stunning beaches,National trust properties.gardens and quaint towns. Plenty of entertainment for children with Bewilderwood and the broads a short distance away. The city of Norwich with its Castle,Cathedral and array of new and old shops only 30 minutes away.

The Kitchen is equipped withoven,hob,microwave,washer/dryer etc. Heating,linen, towels and complimentary wifi is included in the rental.

    The chalet was very well kitted out, all you need for a lovely stay. Nicely situated for the sun and a short walk to the beach. Liz was very helpful & the snacks were a lovely thought. Many Thanks

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Liz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
