A beautiful new cozy ground floor apartment placed on the outskirts of Argostoli capital. Ideal for families and couples. Everything is of top quality: from the sheets and the towels to the furniture. Only 10 minutes walk from the central square of Argostoli. Just 300m away you may visit the renovated De Bosset Bridge and experience a completely different atmosphere. Beautiful to walk and enjoy the beautiful sight.

The space

Ideal for families and couples that offers any comfort you will need. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook any tasty meal you like.

It includes a stove with range and oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a sink with running hot and cold water, a countertop and utensils such as mixing bowls, measuring cups, knives, spatulas and such. Last but not least we have added a blender, a toaster, cleaning supplies such as paper towels and soap and a trash can.

Everything is of top quality: from the sheets and the towels to the furniture.

The residence is 90 sq. meters, brand new and cosy, providing all basic comforts plus many extras: a fireplace, a relaxing big front-yard covered by a wooden pergola.

Two single beds are available and Two folding couches that each one easily folds out for use as a big double bed.

You will have undisturbed access to the whole house as it will be your private property during your stay.

We care about your comfort, which is why we are so delighted to offer you WiFi, air-condition and safety-box.

Interaction with guests

It is our family's pleasure to help you experience a wonderful trip and live the best holiday you can imagine! Our phones will be available almost all day long for any information needed. We will meet you personally on arrival to greet and welcome you to the house.

Why can't I call CHRISTOS (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If CHRISTOS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
