La casa esta en una Urbanizacion Privada Cerrada tranquila con Piscina Privada y Comunitaria. Aparcamiento comunitario, a 10 minutos andando a la playa y al centro de Almuñecar. Para 6 personas y un bebe. Dispone de cuna y trona.

La casa es amplia con 3 dormitorios ( 1 en suit ), 3baños, cocina abierta al comedor, gran salon con dos sofas ,zona de internet para portatil, y televisor por satelite de pantalla plana. Aire acondicionado y wifi en todas las estancias. Mobiliario de calidad. Caja Fuerte.

Gran terraza de 200m .con barbacoa , porche cubierto con mobiliario de terraza, hamacas para tomar el sol.

La cocina esta muy equipada con toda clase de utensilios, (cafetera,tetera, tostadora). Nevera y congelador de dos puertas, lavadora, lavavajillas.

PRECIOS ESPECIALES TEMPORADA BAJA PARA LARGAS ESTANCIAS ( 1 MES ). LA LIMPIEZA SE HACE SEGUN NORMAS OMS.

La piscina esta rodeada de cesped ,con duchas y servicios.

La piscina comunitaria permanece abierta de Junio a Septiembre.

El garaje cerrado queda a disposición de la propiedad.

El combustible de pellet de la chimenea, en estancias largas, iran a cargo de los huespedes.

Para nosotros su comodidad y felicidad durante sus vacaciones son nuestro objetivo .Las Fiestas Patronales comienzan el 9 de Agosto y finalizan el dia 15, con unos espectaculares Fuegos Artificiales.
