This 6 bed villa for rent in Almunecar is a great, fun filled, family holiday villa. Amazing views overlooking Cotobro bay and the Marina del Este. From here you can watch the yachts coming in and out of the marina, dive boats etc

Bird watchers will love spotting many varieties. Free WIFI repeated around the villa. Large private play court and equipment. 5 minute walk to the beach and quality restaurants. From this point you are on the promenade!

Entrance floor with hallway, large lounge, dining area with Italian marble floor. The lounge is fully equipped with TV, DVD player, Wii console, sky and European TV and music system. The lounge has an open fireplace. Off the lounge there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed which has a large en suite and direct access onto the outside dining balcony. The second bedroom of the lounge is a twin bedroom (but can be made up as a king-size bed). There is a shower room with WC on this level.

There is a kitchen on this floor, complete with two fridges, two freezers, dishwasher, 5 burner cooker, grill and double oven. There is a 3 section gas BBQ on the outside dining terrace. A circular marble staircase taking you to the lower level where there are 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 is large with a king size bed with en-suite. There is a sofa bed in this room and is ideal for parents with young children.There is direct access to lovely balcony which is shared by bedroom 4, which is also a king size double bedroom and has its own shower room and WC directly opposite the bedroom. .

At the other side of this level are bedrooms 5 and 6. They share a shower room with WC. They also share a balcony with views. In bedroom 5 there is a pair of bunk beds with a larger 3/4 double bed (120cm x 190cm) on the bottom and a standard single on the top. In bedroom 6 you have two single beds.

There is an additional camp bed and single mattress for extra children either sharing with parents or sharing with friends in the childrens rooms.

The internal walls have air cavities to help insulate the sound between rooms.

There are three different hot water sources and tanks to ensure multiple showers at the same time.

There is hot/cold air conditioning in all 6 bedrooms and the lounge. There are fitted wardrobes in all the rooms. There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron, safe for your valuables etc.

As you go down into the garden there is a gymnasium with two multi gyms, free weights and a punch bag. The garden is a shady grassy garden with 3 hammocks under two palm trees and a beautiful bay view. On this level there is an electrically heated, digitally controlled swimming pool 9 x 4.5 m, with a pergola over the outside dining area (seats 16). There is a traditional BBQ area, kitchen, shower room and toilet. We have now installed a bed settee and wardrobes in this kitchen area to give an extra double bed if required. Down from this level there is a sports AstroTurf court of over 100m2 (1100 sq.ft). Equipped for basket ball, football, bowls, badminton, golf putting practice etc. Further along this terrace there is a games area with a pool table (150cm x 80cm). Below this level is a fruit garden with mangoes, grapes, bananas, oranges, prickly pear and oranges. There are also some steps (approx 80) from the bottom of the garden to the beach access road.

There is a garage with 3 bicycles and a two man ocean kayak. There are also children's toys and family board games in the cupboard in the downstairs corridor. Pets may be considered. You can easily walk to the beach from the house (5 min) and only have to cross one quiet beach road at a designated crossing. You will find the first restaurant at this point on the beach, plus a bar and restaurant at the hotel. Once at the beach you can walk along the promenade and into Almunecar old town (35 minutes) passing numerous bars and restaurants along the way.The best points of the house are the outstanding views, the facilities for everyone to enjoy from children to grand parents, the stunning sunsets. The swimming pool is available all year around and can be heated up to 25 degrees for an additional charge if required.

Please note there are approx 40 steps from the front door to get down to the pool. This is because the house is on a hill hence the amazing views and therefore the road down to the beach is steep . We always recommend hiring a car for ease of transport. Always buy comprehensive holiday insurance.

Empty all rubbish into the wheelie bin and put on the street on Friday night to help with changeover on the Saturday .

How do damage deposits work?
