“Good value” "Pros" - Reasonably priced for T&C.; Comfortable (not fancy) two-bedroom apt each with a private 3/4-bath, along with a living room, full kitchen & dining area. Located at the end of a dirt road in a quiet residential area. Friendly, helpful owner lives upstairs. Walking distance to a fun beachfront restaurant, Horse Eye Jack's (skip the Conch Shack). "Cons" - Off the beaten path. Apt only has a tiny patio; no where else to relax outside. I didn't want to rent a car, so taxi service was required to go anywhere and that took some arranging due to the apt's location ($30-$50 us to get into and back from Provo). You also must walk through the neighbor's yard to get to the beach. All in all, the price reflects the inconveniences. Make sure you have your airport pick-up arranged in advance and the driver knows how to find the place.

“A week in Paradise” Our week in Nevis started perfectly from the moment the owners picked us up at the dock, wisked us over to their beach restaurant for some welcome drinks and then walked us over to the most incredible accommodations we could ever dream of. The house was right on the beach and was filled with the most luxurious amenities. From the European kitchen complete with high-end appliances and a espresso machine to the sound system through-out the house and the wonderful double rainfall showers the place was out of this world. We especially enjoyed the infinity pool and spent many nights watching the sunset while enjoying a cigar and a drink. The views from the property were incredible and the proximity to the Chrishi beach restaurant made the place that much more comfortable. In fact, they even provided room service! The owners went well out of their way to make sure we had everything at our disposal. They were there when needed but they never imposed and gave us our privacy. As well, the beach house was minutes away from the Four Seasons golf course which provided many memorable rounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zenith Nevis beach house. Our hosts were terrific and we would highly recommend it anyone looking for a great time in paradise.

“Best outfitted condo I have stayed in.” What a great deal for such a wonderfully comfortable home. I just spent 8 nights in LBR #13 and can't wait to go back. The kitchen has everything you need and the gas grill is better than the one at home. I love the island décor... very colorful. The outside rinse tub and gear hangers for dive gear keeps the mess outside. Once the gear has dripped dry you can bring it inside to the laundry room which has lines for finishing the drying. Nice to have cable TV with LCD TV (though we didn't watch it much). Very reliable internet. I particularly liked the Magic Jack phone. You can make toll-free calls to anywhere in the us and people back home can call you toll-free...amazing!!! The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the ocean where you can just walk in and find some of the best diving in the world. Incredible numbers and variety of fish. If you are into kite surfing the kite surfing beach is an easy 2 mile drive down the coast. The wind surfing beach is a little farther, but can be reached in under 10 minutes. We never used the a/C. The outside temp was in the 80's, but the steady breeze kept the inside very comfortable including sleeping at night. The home is oriented so that the prevailing breezes blow through the home. The palm trees and landscaping are beautiful and offer ample shade for sitting outside. While the home is part of a condo community, it is very quiet. The neighbors were very friendly and most are divers who love the island and take good care of their homes. if you don't know about Bonaire, the island is very protective of the coral reefs with strict rules about not touching anything under water. There are over 60 named dive sites on the island where all you have to do is park, put your gear on, and walk into the water. Every dive I took was fantastic. The coral is in great shape and there were lots of fish. I highly recommend this home and can't wait to go back.

“Home away From Home” This was a family trip. It was four adult women and 3 adult men. We stayed September 14-17 and had a wonderful time at Llantrissant. Ms. Anne, Ms. Paulette, Danny, Benjie, Charma and Barry were all very professional and very accommodating, by the time we left they felt like family. Ms. Anne and Ms. Paulette prepared excellent meals. The house was homey and we all felt right at home. It's an older house but very well kept along with the landscape and beach area. The veranda (which is were we spent most of our time while we were at the house) provided for an excellent view. We loved having the private beach area. Charma (and Barry) walked the yard at night and made us feel very safe. I was a little nervous because you really don't know what to expect when you're communicating through email and over the phone. But Craig and afua were patient with me and answered all of my questions and as soon as we got to Llantrissant the staff put us all at ease. They welcomed us with open arms. We look forward to returning in the future!!

“incredible views , swimming , snorkelling ,and sunsets!” Book this Villa it is fantastic!! Excellent location facing south west. 5000 sq ft and easily accommodated 8 of us no problem. It was one of the most well stocked houses I have ever rented. Plenty of towels in bathrooms and tons of beach towels. Kitchen had plenty of cutlery,plates ,etc,and with a brand new Weber BBQ it was a pleasure to cook in. Also staff leaves all previous non perishable food from previous renters which is nice as you dont have to buy everything all over again. Also the property managers Dinesh and Justin provide you with a fruit tray , sunchips and a six pack of beer. Very nice touch and much appreciated.!! Lots of patio furniture for everyone. Well equipped in terms of air matresses and flippers. However no body wash or shampoo provided so bring your own. Lack of central air no problem as there are plenty of sliding doors in every room as well as louvred windows and cross breezes. There are unit air conditioners in each room however ,so only a few nights we turned it on for 30 minutes. We were not charged any extra for using the air conditioning. I would recommend renting a car. Especially as we went out for dinner most of the week. The sand fleas got to a few of us .We called the property managers and they promptly had the bushes in the back sprayed by a pest company within hours. Quick service. They also waited 5 hrs after a delayed flight at airport. Then escorting us to the Villa after a quick stop to the grocery store. We were very comfortable and happy with Sunset Point. Considering square footage and location it was most reasonable in price compared with other nearby villas.

“Memorable Vacations” On the first occasion we stayed there while we attended the weeding of my niece. The mother of the bride had a wonderful brunch in the villa for the guests. It was catered by one of the local restaurants. Not only did we enjoyed the food but refreshed ourselves in the gorgeous pool. What a treat to walk in the garden surrounded by the scent of gardenias and other wonderful flowers. The view of the white sandy beaches was spectacular. The second time my sisters and I went to the villa for a week. Once again, we delighted in the wonderful amenities the place has to offer. Upon arrival to anguilla we were pleasantly surprised that the owner had arranged for a rental car. Soon we found out that she was available on the phone or internet at all times. Upon arrival to the villa Gardenia, we were greeted by Rose Marie who showed us the accommodations. From the corner of my eyes I saw babies' furniture and I asked Rose Marie about it, since I have grand children and she told me that the place is equipped with baby furniture. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless. We took advantage of the well equipped kitchen to cook and savor the fresh local seafood. . Rose Marie was in the villa at around eleven and when we had questions about the beaches or other attractions in the island she was ready with several different activities or places to go to. After a day out, we all took advantage of the large balconies out of our rooms where we enjoyed some quiet time while being closed to one another. One of the highlights of our day was having a drink by the pool while watching the sunset.

“A Memorable Holiday” As a group of 12, with family members ranging from a wild two-year old to someone recovering from a serious operation, the visit to Carib House met all our needs. It was perfectly located, well-provisioned, with all necessary arrangements for our comfort, including a wonderful cook, great housekeeping, thoughtful suggestion of activities, and diligent, but discrete, presence of the host in the event we needed something. We all had a great time over the Christmas and New Year's holiday, and our togetherness was ideal - just enough room to have privacy, and a good environment to be together.
