Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Fantastic Chalet in picturesque small town in the Austrian Alps” Excellent and very comfortable house in the middle of the Austrian Alps. Very clean, modern and functional chalet with a great view of the picturesque town of Filzmoos. The house is very well equipped with a very complete kitchen and dinner service. The owners are very reliable and manage very well the administration of this property to make your vacation perfect. Located just 70km form beautiful Salzburg. Highly recommendable.

The Hochkönig area with its 32 km of well-prepared slopes is perfect for a winter holiday, even more so as there are very scenic footwalks in the Hinthertal valley.
We'll certainly come again.
“Beautiful apartment in perfect location.” My husband has stayed in tthis apartment several times now, previously with friends and on this most recent occasion with myself and our two small children (ages 4 and 6).
The location of the apartment doesn't get much better than this! Literally minutes to the City Xpress lift and ski rental shop, close enough to walk there in ski boots (which the four of us did every day). It's also easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars etc, yet just far enough not to be bothered by late night revellers.
The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and is wonderfully equipped for families, pretty much everything you could need including DVDs, games, free wifi. The shower is pretty great too, something to look forward to after a hard days skiing.
Another great advantage is the secure boot room in the apartment block's basement/underground car park which is accessibile directly from the apartment via lift or stairs, and is also accessible from outside via a short driveway. This meant that at the end of our ski day we could just walk straight into the boot room, take off our boots and get the lift back up to our room, so much easier than lugging kids and wet heavy boots up and down every day.
We will definitely book this apartment again, the owners are great, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We're all looking forward to our next visit.
