“god what a view” The apartment was of the highest standard it was clean, bright, well equiped with everything you would need, every room was well furnished and you felt so comfortable and relaxed This apartment is so hard to knock so we wont. “Perfect find” Had an amazing time all 9 of us, location very good 15 mins walk to the old town, lidl and aldi 10mins walk .and a taxi rank outside lidl. If no taxi ring the number on the board and you get an english option...we used this number to ring taxis from the villa too. Pingo doce supermarket 5 min walk to the right of the villa and good prices too. WiFi a godsend with the kids and we took our firestick too. Glovo app to order takeaways worked well too. Pedro his mum and sister were perfect hosts. We are definitely booking again when we can organise time off together, thanks Pedro and family it was perfect

“Great Villa” A group of 10 of us booked this villa for 3 nights for a stag holiday. Villa had everything we needed, plenty of space, everyone had their own bed with bedding and towels, plenty of facilities (bathrooms, toilets, kitchen equipment, etc) but outside was more than what we expected, the pool was fantastic, loads of sun beds, tables and parasols, there was a pool table to top it off. This was May and the sun was there from 9am until 7pm making it a complete sun trap. The management were amazing, nothing was to much effort, extra bedding, faulty items fixed straight away and a reliable taxi service to and from the airport and also drop off at the main strip in Albufeira which was a 10 minute drive away. All in all every single one of us had a great time staying in this villa and would recommend it to all likeminded groups like us.

“Enjoyable time with my Family.. all 12 of us” My Family and myself stayed at Casa Julio for 10 nights, there were 8 adults and 4 children. Location is great, opposite Charlies bar that does lovely homemade food. Beach is lovely, approx a 20 minute walk away. All the Kids 11yrs, 6yrs, 6yrs and 1yr old loved the pool. Lots of fun can be had. It is nice and private It was great having the dishwasher, washing machine etc. Fully air conditioned which is FAB .. 3 bathrooms so no queues. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday. We found the Strip to be mainly geared towards the young 'clubbers'.. Old Town is for all and only a 5 euro taxi drive away.. You can get Happy hour Large beers for 2 euros.. Breakfast is approx. 5.50 euros for small breakfast, 8.50 euros for mega (2 of everything).. A meal out for 2 Adults, 2 children with 1 drink each works out approx. 50 euros.. The only thing that we feel could be improved is the garden maintenance as the gardens are all dried up and not watered so leaves are constantly in the pool. Also for the price paid (£260 p/n) we feel there should of been some housekeeping during a 10 night stay. When I enquired whilst there (day 4) I was told that it is only provided for a 2 week stay, although someone did come out and change beds the day after I emailed. That being said I would still recommend the Villa for groups and Families and wouldnt rule out visiting Albufeira again some day ..

“QUIET AND SPACIOUS APARTMENT” This apartment is located in a urbanization of S. Rafael, a five-minute drive from Albufeira. The magnificent beach is a 10 minute walk and urbanization has a large communal swimming pool. It has a large garden area shared, but big enough. Lidl supermarket 5 minutes drive, which is the most cheap and full of the area. WiFi of payment, 1 euro per half hour. Apartment fully equipped, very spacious and fresh; in July, we don't put the air conditioner. Nearby places you can find to eat of all kinds, from the touristics to the Portuguese with great food, as well as some of the best beaches of the Algarve. Communication with owners / managers was quick and smooth, and there were no problems or surprises. totally recommended

“Amazing apartment with everything that you need for a superb holiday” On our return to Nigel and Rosie's apartment, we were just as pleased as the last time, to find everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The spacious apartment has very tasteful furnishings and is situated in a lovely quiet, peaceful village with a handful of bars and restaurants to choose from if you want to eat out locally, but there are also many, many other fantastic places to eat in the Algarve and many wonderful beaches nearby. The outside space is a real benefit with this apartment and the welcome pack was a very nice touch. Thank you

“Great Villa, Great family holiday.” We stayed in the villa for a week at the beginning of June. The villa is in a great location with a supermarket near-by. the strip is just up the road although we preferred the old town which was about a twenty minute walk with the kids. We had some minor issues when we first arrived, but these were quickly resolved. The villa does need some sprucing up and in particular the tiles falling off the walls on the roof top terrace, which we didn't really use. The villa is excellent for a large/ extended family and gave us enough personal space when we needed it with large family area and kitchen which is great for getting every one together. We would definitely recommend the villa and would like to thank Dale who always responded quickly to any requests for information/ assistance and also quickly sorted any problems we had. We had a great holiday!!
