Located on Calle Botavara [ Pedestrian Street ]in the middle of 'Playa Blanca, this apartment is ideal for families but not for 4 adults. While over-looking a kids playground, this apartment comes complete with all you'd expect for a rental property including :internet, wifi, Fridge-freezer, fresh bed linen and towels. Smart TV with channels from all over Europe and beyond. All UK channels catered for including BBC, ITV and SKY. Sports, movies and entertainment are among the choices. We also have channels from Spain, Germany, Ireland, France, Italy etc. Netflix as standard in English and Spanish. Across the road from the bus station, this apartment is ideally placed for anybody who prefers to be close to the local amenities. You are within walking distance of beaches, supermarkets' bars, atms. Everthing is within a short walking distance. Car hire is not essential for here unless you plan to discover more of the island.

Across the road from the door of the apartment is the bus station and in front of this you have a taxi rank. So convenient to take the 161 bus from the airport to Playa Blanca. However a private transfer can be arranged for a small fee which is less than a taxi fare.

The local shopping street is a 2 min walk away where you can buy such items as clothes, souvenirs, alcohol, tabacco, ATMs and supermarkets. Close by there are a choice of pharmacies where you can always get a English speaking person to assist.

Playa Blanca has a choice of 3 beaches, 1 of which is about 2 mins away. Another beach worth a visit is Flamingo beach to the south but our choice for the complete beach experience, to the west is Dorada beach where you have a choice of 3 bars, a full selection of food ranging from burgers and pizza to salad and octopus. The beach also offers sun beds and parasols or if you,d prefer a more active day they have jet-skis, paragliding and banana boats. The beach itself is very clean with great sand and its partly enclosed so you don't get the force of the sea waves. ideal for young and old alike.

This first floor apartment is ideal for families and couples.( but NOT 4 adults. Too small) lol

We will email our guests prior to their arrival, with everything they need to know about their stay. ie: Directions, Keys, Contact numbers, Transfers, Car Hire, Resturants and Bars. etc. We will have a person to meet you on your arrival. We can get you collected from the airport for a small fee( 40 euro. A private transfer. Only you. Straight to the apartment. Please contact before for arrangement). Taxi from the airport to the apartment is approx 45-50 euro. Takes around 25-35 minutes, depending on the driver ( who usually cant find the apartment as it's on a pedestrian street. Get out at the bus station)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Colm (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
