Exceptional 5 Star Villa

I cannot speak highly enough of this utterly beautiful villa. It has everything that you can wish for at your disposal. The villa is finished to a high specification and is extremely spacious. It is ideal for families or couples and has a gorgeous outside area. I have never stayed in such a clean villa such as this one. It was spotless inside and out. The location is brilliant and the location is so peaceful. Having worked in the travel industry for over 20 years, I am quite picky but this villa is just amazing. I can’t praise it enough . Brilliant place ! So convenient to the Marina. Excellent communal pool area. Apartment was exactly as described - so no fault there. We did have one issue though, but a quick call to Andres (who manages the place) and it was sorted - no problem. Very responsive and very helpful ! The actual Marina Azul complex was quiet, relaxing and well maintained by the groundsmen. Villa Ramos Uno
Huge amount of space

The pictures don’t do the villa justice on how big it really is. There is so much space which was fabulous. The villa itself was very clean and had a traditional feel to it throughout. The pool was amazing - at nearly 5m in length it was a great size and quite deep (1.35 - 1.80) so good for swimming and bigger children. The villa also had an amazing sea view from the terrace - could see the harbour too. There was a few bits of outdoor furniture like the white table and some sun loungers that had got grotty and needed replacing, but we this didn’t effect our holiday - we just ate at a different table. Things that I felt needed addressing was the air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom didn’t work, the Wi-Fi was absolutely pointless and didn’t do anything ( plus all the codes given were wrong and had to get the password off the router itself) and lastly the cutlery was very poor. Otherwise this villa is lovely and could be fantastic with a few small updates. The villa itself is accessed via a gate ( Villa Ramos Uno) around the back of the property and it’s just on street parking next to the gate. The instructions for gaining access to the villa was all very clear and the key safe worked perfectly. It’s a 4 minute walk down to the harbour where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars and pubs. There is a small supermarket there which shuts at 8pm if any supplies are needed and they do fresh bread and pastries every day. (Probably takes double the time coming back as it’s all up hill) We had a car and drove the 8min to Lidl in Puerto Del Carmen to do a shop and visited Playa Blanca beach. There are boat tours and a submarine tour which goes from the harbour and are very popular. Also, I recommend if you like Italian food - Margarita is a fantastic restaurant. The instructions on arrival didn’t tell us what to do with the rubbish and didn’t give any information on the surrounding area etc - so maybe look this up before going. A great place to stay.

Best place we have stayed at in Puerto Calero. Convenient location with good local amenities and restaurants. Wifi gave up at the end of the week. VILLA JOLE, PURE LUXURY 4 Bedroom 5 Bathroom Villa with HOT TUB and HEATED POOL
What a grand villa and fab holiday

Having just returned after a two week holiday at Villa Jole with the family, I must advise people after you have been to this villa it’s going to be hard to beat it! Everything has been so carefully thought out. There were two high spec fully fitted kitchens with high branded white goods to all the cutlery and crockery you could think of, and all the kitchen equipment you could ask for, the lounge had a high spec TV with Alexa and great sound bar, many DVDs to watch and 7000 channels (including all the foreign channels), the games area was also filled with a huge choice of video games, pool table and table tennis. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast outside dining on the upper balcony then a few times we had a BBQ down by the pool. The Supermarket is only about a 10 minute taxi ride and the Marina only a 10 minute walk (with a slight up hill return trip but there were taxis if you really didn’t want to walk) the Marina has various bars and great restaurants, also a supermarket. We were told the marina was a bit expensive but I assume it depends where you come from. It was on a par with where we live and less than London prices so we frequently eat out, and can highly recommend Azure for breakfast and dinner. Also some high end shops, some little gift shops along with the market twice a week for those who want to shop. I can’t recommend this Villa highly enough with its great location and internal high spec. Malino from the management company was also great changing towels, sheets and checking the pool a few times a week, we really felt looked after, thank you so much for making it such a wonderful two weeks for us, Alison … see more
