VILLA JOLE is a very high specification luxury villa with all the mod cons including coin operated AIRCON, TOP OF THE RANGE HOT TUB and PRIVATE HEATED SALT WATER POOL at no extra charge for heating and Fibre broadband. It offers a fantastic space for a great holiday. The villa sleeps 8 and has 4 bedrooms with king size beds and built in wardrobes, The master bedroom has walk in dressing area and en-suite with corner bath and a separate Wet Room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have En-suite shower rooms. The pool area has a brand new poolside kitchen and brand new poolside shower room.A large BBQ area with seating . There are lots of sunbathing areas and shaded areas too. VILLA JOLE is situated in the luxury development of Puerto Calero. Puerto Calero is regarded as the most up-market residential enclave on Lanzarote. The entire development is the brainchild of Jose Calero, who in 1986 set out to construct a luxury retreat around the central focal point of a world class marina. Today, Puerto Calero boasts great restaurants, upscale shopping and the best selection of luxury property anywhere on the island. Villa Jole has a private heated salt water pool and BMW designed hot tub a BBQ, sky and all UK TV channels including sports and movies, pool and table tennis tables, 2x DVD players, a PS3 and WII games machine, on road parking, lounge and highly appointed kitchen. Covered veranda with outdoor dining, another outside terrace to soak up the Lanzarote sun, a utility room and solarium. Situated 5 minutes walk from the marina and beach, 10km from Arrecife Airport and 5 minutes drive from Puerto del Carmen. 24 hour security guarantees tranquillity and peace of mind. How do damage deposits work?

If Lynne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
