Villa Sama is a light, modern 3 bedroom villa with a separate self contained double bedded studio, in a quiet cul-de-sac, located in the prestigious marina resort of Puerto Calero. The villa is only a short walk to international restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. There is an electrically and solar heated swimming pool, many TV channels and WiFi connectivity.

The villa is on 2 levels, the lower being a large self-contained studio consisting of an open plan living area including a kitchen, dining and living sections and a double bed. There is a separate generous sized bathroom. The studio has its own TV with ability to watch different programmes from ground floor TV.

The ground floor has 3 good sized bedrooms, one with single beds and one with a king bed, sharing a bath/shower room. The principal bedroom with super king bed has its own dressing room and large en suite bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped including an oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. There is a separate pantry housing the washing machine/dryer and ample storage. A door leads from the kitchen to a central dining area with a step down to a south facing living room with large windows looking out to the pool and covered terrace. There is an additional guest WC on this level.

The basic price quoted is for 6 people with an additional cost of £240 per week for use of the studio for one or two persons.

A spacious covered terrace has a large wooden table seating 8 people comfortably, in addition there are wicker chairs in which to relax. A couple of steps lead down to the 8m x 4m pool – 1m shallow end to 1.5m deep end. There is a cot, high chair and two child gates available at no extra charge should clients require them. There is also a table tennis table. Sun loungers are surrounded by potted plants and shrubs together with a BBQ for outdoor dining, all in a tranquil setting ideal for a relaxing holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Malcolm (the owner) a message.

If Malcolm (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
