This stylish, spacious 2 bedroom apartment has everything you need to ensure an ultra relaxing holiday on the beautiful island of Lanzarote.

The apartment is perfectly located. Less than 5 minutes walk from the picturesque Puerto Calero marina; boasting an abundance of chic bars, delicious restaurants, boutiques and designer shops. Only 5 minutes drive from the bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen, the apartment is far enough away from the hustle bustle to feel relaxed but close enough for day trips or evenings out.

Recently refurbished this apartment boasts a spacious and tranquil private outdoor living space. Complete with gas BBQ, 6 seater dining table, comfortable reading sofa under a shaded pergola and sunbathing on your very own private roof terrace overlooking the spectacular sea and mountain views of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.

The apartment comes complete with smart TV, DVD player with USB port, wireless internet, air-conditioning, safety deposit box, Nespresso coffee maker (capsules not provided) Gas BBQ, microwave and fully equipped kitchen.

The complex has a private swimming pool with separate children's pool and security key code access.

Pool towels are provided and bookings over 7 days will have a mid stay sheets and towel change. For booking less than 7 days there will be an 80 euro surcharge for cleaning.

Lanzarote is a beautiful holiday destination and we hope to see you very soon.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Natalie (the owner) a message.

    If Natalie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
