Also inside there is a kitchen diner, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug room. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking and lawned gardens with furniture. Greystoke is a classy cottage in a wonderful seaside town.

Rangemaster with electric oven and 5-ring gas hob and wok burner, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview (one with basic Sky), DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lawned gardens with furniture. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shops, pubs and restaurants 3 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Some restricted head room in eaves bedroom, accessed via separate narrow steep staircase to landing with no banister, may not be suitable for younger children. Note: Second floor landing is open and overlooks staircase. Note: Access is shared by neighbouring cottage, with allocated parking clearly marked. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Max 10 guests, not including infants.

Town: This seaside town is 5 miles from Porthmadog. The towns castle dominates the skyline and offers views of Tremadog Bay and Snowdonia. There is two beaches and the Snowdonia National Park for you walkers and cyclists. There is also pubs, restaurants and tea rooms. Further afield, Portmeirions gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beaches and golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.
