Beautiful Turtle Bay Villa, is just as it sounds, a very unique large detached villa on Kas Peninsula with the most stunning Mediterranean views you could wish for.

You can see Turtles & occasionally Dolphins swim past the villa and wild tortoises will cross the road right in front of your eyes, stunning nature is everywhere around you.

This four double bedroomed villa recently built with quality appliances and furniture is one of the best villas on the peninsula.

Four double size bedrooms (including one twin bed room) all have high quality furnishings & bedding three of which have sea facing balconies. Every bedroom has its own private en-suite three of which have clear views out to sea. The fourth bedroom is on a separate floor to the others and offers complete privacy along with great mountain views. This large room is ideal for those who wish for more privacy.

Picture yourself looking out to the turquoise water while lying in bed or brushing your teeth first thing in the morning. All rooms have remote controlled Bosch air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The large open plan living room has uninterrupted views of the turquoise mediterranean sea and mountains views in the distance. If you fancy a night in you could always light the real log fire, crack open a bottle of wine and watch as the yachts sail in & out of Kas marina, they have to go past the villa to get to the new marina.

WiFi and a large smart TV, DVD player with a massive library of films for all ages, internet radio and hifi system.

Outside a full mediterranean sea facing large private infinity swimming pool., illuminated by underwater lights giving the most relaxing and tranquil environment you could imagine. If you fancy cooling off while sipping a cool drink take a sit on the underwater seating ledge and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, or relax on the sunbeds and top the tan up.

Turtle Bay Villa sits behind Dolphin Bay Villa, linked by a gate and steps so if you want to have the benefit of two villas next door to each other but the privacy of your own accommodation this is the ideal place. This would be particularly useful when holidaying with either a large family or friends who wish to be close but have their own detached villa..

Kaş Old Town, is a short drive, a healthy walk or you can make use of the local

bus (dolmus) service to take you the 10 minutes drive into the centre of Kaş for 12tl (£1). It's a quaint old town steeped with history with its harbour & narrow streets scented with jasmine flowers.

There are plenty of quiet cafes serving home cooking and refreshments, or small bars to relax after a day's scuba diving. Kaş has an annual arts festival, jazz concerts in the Hellenistic theatre.

Kaş is one of the leading spots for scuba diving in Turkey. There are more than 15 dive centres and diving schools located in the Old town. They offer trips to the 50+ dive spots in the vicinity. Offering an array of fish and other sea creatures like octopus and sea turtles and a vast variety of underwater cultural heritage. Various wreck sites + six artificial wrecks including a submerged WW2 tank, airplane and 15 foot ceramic shark. These wrecks are there to create artificial reefs and diving spots.

Visitors from nearby islands such as Meis (Greece) visit the markets of Kaş and likewise you can catch the ferry to visit them and make a day of it.

Why can't I call Dom (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dom (the owner) a message.

If Dom (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
