Aloha and a warm welcome to our 1 bedroom, 2 Bath Kamaole Sands condo in South Kihei. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the bedroom and partial ocean view from the extra large shaded lanai. The condo is located in satellite building 4 on the 3rd floor, away from the elevator and provides lots of privacy. Condo has tile floors throughout and newly remodeled bathrooms. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper couch in the living room best suited for children. There are air-conditioners in both the living room and bedroom, plus ceiling fans to keep you cool. This condo provides a cool oasis when returning back from a hot day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large flat screen Smart TV for your entertainment with free cable and Wi-Fi. Relax on the large lanai over a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the ocean. Make use of the BBQ downstairs and cook outdoors and then enjoy your meal on the lanai. Maui is a wonderful magical island and we hope you our guests will enjoy it as much as we do when we are here.

Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular condominium resorts on Maui. The resort offers 15 acres of tropical gardens, with fountains, ponds and waterfalls. Four tennis courts , a large swimming pool, sun deck, kid's wading pool, 2 Jacuzzis, an exercise room and 9 BBQ areas. The famous Kamaole Beach Park III is just a short walk across the street from the complex. Located steps away from Kihei restaurants, public transportation and just minutes from the Shops and World Class Golf of Wailea.

Some of my repeat guest enjoy the fact that building 4 is away from the center courtyard and therefore provides much more privacy. There is a road on the living room side, however the bedroom is extremely quiet. Thanks for staying at our condo!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Helli (the owner) a message.

If Helli (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
