The condo has consistently earned 4 star reviews. In the fall of 2022 a $100K renovation occured. The renovation has enhanced the unobstructed views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, lanai, and of course the master bedroom. The lanai, with over $10,000 of new doors and windows, is furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. There is also a comfortable couch to curl up and read a book with the sound of the ocean to keep you company. The living room has a stunning Serena & Lilly sofa along with a great leather recliner to watch the 55" FRAME TV when you have had enough of the ocean for the day. With one King and two Double beds, the condo is ideal for couples or families. There is plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay and we are always happy to provide our recommendations.

As guests of private homes ourselves, we prefer to have our own space; however, if you need assistance during your stay we can always be reached by email and have a great housekeeper and maintenance person. Why can't I call Kevin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kevin (the owner) a message.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
