Sea view apartments are situated in Cavtat, only 350 meters away from beaches, swimming pools, restaurants, hotels and coffee bars. The Old town Dubrovnik is only 15km away and it is good connected via coast as via the sea.

Cavtat is beautiful Mediterranean place, ideal for vacation what confirms the big number of luxury yachts moored along the Cavtat Riva. It is ideal for all those who want to use their vacation in peace and calm little Mediterranean place, but also not far away from all other cultural and entertaining events.

From our Villa you will walk into the centre along a beautiful coastal path. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the way with breathtaking scenery. Cavtat itself is a beautiful town with a lovely Marina and its lovely to sit in one of the bars and watch all of the boats..

You are free to use nearer hotels swimming pools! :))

We have available this brand new APPT ( 70m2 ) in Cavtat which is usually for big family with kids , or 2 couples .... very confortable and spacious.

It is situated on the 2nd floor ( top floor- nobody above you :)) in the Villa.

Appt are for 5 guests as it’s with 2 bedrooms, but can be also for 6 GUESTS if they are with KIDS :))

It consists of 2 bedrooms, corridor , living room with a sofa bed ( 140x200 ) for 2 kids or 1 person sleeping, a bathroom with great shower, fully-equipped kitchen and big table for 6.

In this apartment there are 2 stunning sea -view balconies with a table and chairs ...

One balcony has entrance through the living room and second balcony has entrance through the bedroom.

If one of the balconies is in shade, the other is sunny at the same time.

1st. bedroom with a king bed 160x200

2nd. bedroom 2 single ( bunk ) beds , each 90x200 , and very comfortable for sleeping adults persons too.

In the Appt there are also: dishwasher, an oven, an iron, a hair-dryer, coffe mashine, TV , air-condition, free Internet access,outside grill, washing machine to use for free ... WiFi for free too.

Appt is brand new, very comfort and it's situated in very peaceful area but also close to all amenities. Providing a private parking lot for your car too.

The tourist taxes and everything is included in the price.

Appt has got a beautiful sea-view to Cavtat bay and Dubrovnik Old town.

Appt is near the sea, just 8 min walking down, but there are also grocery, children playground and swimming pools, near by if you like to use. All in a short walking distance.

Several restaurants, big supermarket, café bars, a fitness centre, tennis courts, an aqua sports center and all other facilities are within 10min walking distance from the apartment.

There is a regular local bus connection to the old town of Dubrovnik all year round and boats operating frequently during the summer season. (bus no.10, bus station is 200 m away) .

We will always be at your service, ready to give you advice or a recommendation, anything you need to make your stay with us the most pleasant experience.

We also offer taxi services and organizing trips.

To all our dear guests who arriving by car we provide private secure parking.

You can use our transfers from / back to the airport on request for special price.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send MARINA (the owner) a message.

If MARINA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
