From the owner

This fully renovated apartment is located in the centre of Budapest where you won't miss anything. If you are a young couple, a family with grownup children or friends and want to stay in the centre you won't find any better flat.

A separated toilet and bathroom, a living room and a bedroom is at your disposal.

The bedroom is for 2+2 people and it is also possible to sleep in the living room for 2 more people on a comfortable couch (ikea bedding). I give towels, bedding with the flat.

The kitchen has all with necessary equipment: fridge, espresso machine, oven, etc.

The whole building was renovated recently.

In the neighbourhood you will find the best bars, restaurants and other cultural spots (design, fashion shops, museums) Budapest can offer.

You will reach any important sights in just 15 minutes from here. Andrássy Str. is 2 mins, St. Stephen Basilica is 3 mins, Chain Bridge 5-6 mins by walk for example.

I am very happy to have you as my guests and will do my best to make your stay comfortable and full of experience.

I will provide a map with all the necessary information about the neighbourhood and Budapest in general. You will know where to buy the best bread, the freshest fish or where the best coffee is served. You will get to the spots not included in guide books.

The flat is in the middle of the centre and lively area. There are many restaurants, bars nearby with tasty foods and nice drinks.

Thanks to the flat's location everything is very close so you can walk almost everywhere or use metro lines (M1, M2 and M3 are around) to catch the main attractions in Budapest.

I would recommend the parking houses in the surroundings instead of street parking because this could be a bit more difficult.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Leo (the owner) a message.

If Leo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
