The villa comprises 4 Superking Bedrooms (all ensuite shower with the master bedroom incorporating a jacuzzi bath). One of the superking bedrooms also in incorporates a twin pull out bed and there are also 2 number single beds available where necessary. It can sleep 11 comfortably.
There is a large Living Room with Sky Television, Kitchen-Dining area fitted with all modern appliances, Laundry Room with Washing machine. Sliding glass doors from the Living area lead on to the fantastic spacious patio area which has a large dining table, BBQ area and sofas for lounging during siestas. The garden provides for a large group with its numerous sun loungers and large grass area, perfect for kids to play. Oranges, Limes, Lemons, Mangoes and Avocados fill the fruit trees.
The adjoining self catering guesthouse has recently been converted to a 4 bedroom wing (all ensuite) sleeping up to 9 people. It has 4 superking bedrooms (one of which also has a single bed) and a self catering kitchen area. The apartment has its own terrace opening onto the garden area.

If the heated pool facility is required off peak then there will be an extra charge for that during your stay and advance 2 weeks notice is necessary.
