The holiday bungalow has a front patio which overlooks Port Eynon bay, where breakfast can be taken whilst watching the sun come up. The kitchen includes an American fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster with ample cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower. Constant hot water is supplied by a combi boiler.
The secure rear garden has a large patio area with a large sun awning, gas barbecue, outside table and chairs and lounge chairs set in a lawned area with plants. The property has wrought iron gates to enclose all but the front garden. Parking is provided in the driveway with further parking to the front. The property includes a 43 inch flat screen T.V. with Freeview & Free Sat, plus you can log into your Amazon & Netflix accounts. The holiday bungalow is on a level plot with easy access to the beach and village.

This Beautiful beachside holiday bungalow has two separate double bedrooms, and a double sofa bed in the large living room. There is a separate modern kitchen with tiled flooring, granite worktops, an American fridge/freezer.. The large living/dining area has laminate flooring 43 inch flat screen T.V. with Freeview & Free Sat, plus you can log into your Amazon & Netflix accounts. There is also an electric fire in the living room. access onto the front patio with sea views. Internet WiFi access. The bathroom has both a bath with modern shower over the bath. There are two bedrooms both double in size one with a king size bed the other with a double bed, laminate flooring and plenty of bespoke hanging and draw space. There is double glazing and gas central heating with constant hot water from the combine boiler.

Our beachside holiday bungalow has onsite facilites of:- A Shop, Laundry and Take Away food facility are available on site, where you can order freshly baked bread and pastry. There are cafes, shops, restaurants and further services in the nearby village of Port Eynon, which is a very short walk away. There is a safe pedestrian access from the bungalows to the beaches of Port Eynon and Horton. Port Eynon is located at the South end of Gower. Gower has many delightful villages, coastline, beaches and walks. Beaches include - Port Eynon, Horton, Mewslade, Rhossili, Llangennith, Broughton, Oxwich, Crawley, Slade, Tor Bay, Three Cliffs, Pobbles Bay, Pwll Du Bay, Brandy Cove, Caswell, Langland, Rotherslade, Limeslade, Bracelet and Swansea Bay.
Rhossili Bay voted third best in Europe following Trip Advisor survey. Many of the beaches have small villages close by. There are diverse points from King Arthur's Stone on Cefn Bryn to the shores of Penclawdd and the cockle industry.
