Y Stabl is for romantics - the four poster bed, wood burning stove and stream-side setting make this five star holiday cottage extremely popular with visitors to South Wales. Situated on a working farm, the cottage sits on the bank of a picturesque mountain stream and looks out over beautiful estate parkland where animals graze among specimen trees.
One of the main reasons Y Stabl is so popular is it's location - secluded, peaceful and yet only a few minutes from modern amenities. You really can enjoy the best of both worlds. In addition, the cottage is in a wonderful location for seeing some of South Wales' top attractions - the Gower beaches, Waterfall Country, Brecon Beacons National Park, the seaside city of Swansea - are all within easy reach. Other nearby attractions include Castell Carreg Cennen - one of Europe's most spectacular castles and Dan Yr Ogof Showcaves - recently voted the UK's greatest natural wonder.
Guests are also free to enjoy over a hundred acres of private grounds which includes woodland areas, meadows and hillside areas with spectacular panoramic views of the Welsh countryside.
The cottage has a HDTV with Freesat and free WiFi internet. There is good mobile phone reception at the farm too.
