Lovely spacious double room ground floor apartment. It is within walking distance of Vilamoura Marina with it's international restaurants, cafe's, bars, casino, night club, boutiques and shops. There are five 18 hole golf courses nearby, two beautiful beaches, various other sports and water sports/parks enjoyed by all ages!!
The property comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, single bedroom, living room with dining area and own private spacious patio including a little grass area. (No balconies) There is a shared pool directly in front of the apartment which also includes a children's pool.
This apartment is situated in a residential area so you have no noisy bars or shops adjacent.
We are FULLY LICENSED and comply with all aspects when renting required by Portuguese law.

There is a large swimming pool with separate children's pool (shared just with the other residents) with a lawned and patio area for sunbathing.
There is wheelchair access to the apartment from the road up to the front door. (Please contact us before booking) There is also lift access to and from the underground garage area.
We also have our own patio furniture including table, 6 chairs and sun loungers.
Short distances away you will find Almancil Karting, Aquashow, Zoomarine, at Guia, you will also find the largest shopping centre in the Algarve, Krazy World and Aqualand. Roma mini golf park is in the centre of Vilamoura with 18 hole mini golf courses and also a miniature golf course and play area for children.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve, situated in the south of Portugal, is an ideal location for a wonderful holiday for all ages. It offers practically year round sunshine and boasts some of Europe's best golf courses. When not enjoying the wonderful Algarve sunshine or wandering along the shore, more active visitors can stimulate their adrenaline with sports such as windsurfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing or just relax pedalling a pedalo, fishing or enjoying drinks and snacks in the bar along the beach front.
The Vilamoura / Praia Village area
Vilamoura is the tourist resort par excellence. The biggest private holiday development in Portugal has golf courses, a wide range of other sports facilities and an incredible marina with a variety of entertainment. From the holidaymaker’s perspective you should know that if there’s something to do, it can be done in Vilamoura.
Nearby, the Vilamoura Casino is not quite up to Las Vegas standards, but you can try your luck on the one-armed bandits or on the more serious gaming tables. The casino restaurant features a nightly floorshow with high-kicking dancers.
Vilamoura is a delight for a gourmet. More than an hundred different options can be found around the Marina to cater for the most challenging of tastes. The variety is so wide that is difficult to choose from the traditional fish, seafood and fine Portuguese cuisine. There is fine dining restaurants as well as the pavement cafes for a more reasonably priced meal. The offer is completed by the Beach restaurants for a lovely day under the sun.
For the shopping lovers this is the ideal place. The colourful shops windows are an invitation difficult to resist. From well known international trade marks to the regional and rustic shops, you can always finds the right gift for a very special person.
For the day by day and long stays, the supermarkets and convenience stores can be quite handy.
Vilamoura is fronted by three kilometres of golden sands known as Falsia Beach. The choice is wide, from quiet, secluded beaches to those frequented by the personalities, artists and sportsmen who spend the summer in the resort. What they all have in common is unrivalled beauty and excellent water quality, as proved by the blue flags they fly.
There are 5 golf courses in Vilamoura and mini/crazy golf for the kids. I can put you in touch with a golfing agency which can discount all your green fees and golfing needs which is a 5 minute walk away.
Looking for something for the kids there are 3 water parks for people of all ages close by, Local sea charters and sea fishing, Lagos zoo, Go-karting, Zoomarine and Jeep Safari.

To get to Faro airport you can use a number of budget airlines including EasyJet. from a number of UK airports.
Alternatively you could fly to Lisbon and catch the train to the Loule
Taxi fare from the airport is approx €30 for 4 people.
I can supply a transfer service at €25 for 4 people or €40 for 5-8 people. (This is each way)
There is car hire at Faro airport or in Vilamoura. The drive is approx 20-30 minutes from Faro airport.

We stayed in Apt J for 2 weeks and had a great holiday , our friends joined us for a week and utilised 1 of the sofa beds and apart for some 'roll together' found the sofa bed comfortable. The apartment was extremely well equipped and the electric shutters on all outer windows are great for keeping the apt cool and lovely and dark at night. The location is terrific , patio area looks onto pool so it is great to pop in and out for drinks , food , etc during the day.The sun is on the patio area from sunrise until late afternoon . It was about 10-15 minutes to walk to marina area and about the same to nearest beach. Beach was extensive course sand , plenty beach facilities , when we were there weather was hotter than normal for september ( in 30s ) , beach is gorgeous but I would advocate extreme caution with small children if venturing into the sea , the waves were quite fierce several days and myself and husband were both knocked down when only a few steps into sea.Also if you hire sunbeds barter on the price ! we got it down from 8 euros each to 5 ! Marina area was buzzing and favourite passtime was just to sit and people watch , there are a plethora of restaurants and bars , lots of live music going on till about 2am. If you go behind the marina there are several restaurants where prices are considerably lower than on marina.We found a lovely Portugese restaurant behind Ruis bar and the food was delicious (CASA DO PESCADOR ) I would recommend the grilled sardines , portugese fish stew with mixed fish and potatoes , and fabulous t-bone steak. Closer to the apt across the road just a few minutes walk is Parkys Bar - here you will find excellent food including steaks and grills plus pizza and pasta.Much better value for money than marina and great quality. Live entertainment average only but on Sundays after a great carvery we did have the best laughs of the holiday watching Elvis tribute ! All in all a great apt , suitable for those who want to chill by the pool and eat in , or have a livlier holiday. |

To secure bookings a 25% deposit is required and full payment is required 8 weeks before arrival.
Payments are accepted in Sterling and Euros (please contact for rate) by cheque or bank transfer.
Creditcard payments are accepted via PayPal which carry a 4% charge.
