Villa Griya Atma is a 4 bedroom villa, Villa Griya Aditi is a 3 bedroom villa. They can be rented separately of together to become a 7 bedroom compound of 2 connected villas, with 2 swimming pools.
The villas are designed as a modern interpretation of Balinese traditional living, each room on ground floor opens on a wide patio.
The villas are located in the friendly village of Kemenuh, banjar Tengkulak Kelod, about 7 kilometers from the center of Ubud.
With Ubud lifestyle almost at your doorstep, you can enjoy the dances, arts, crafts, restaurants and nightlife.
Tengkulak Kelod is an exceptional community, which can be branded as “Bali as it once was”.
The Villas face more than 1 km uninterrupted rice fields, with a small temple on the right side
The only sounds you can hear are the ones of nature, traditional agricultural activities and the laughter of children.
The Master bedrooms face the rice fields and the infinity swimming pool. It has en-suite bathroom with bathtub and an outdoor shower. It also has a outdoor daybed and a private garden.
Two other bedrooms on ground floor face the swimming pool. Both have indoor bathroom with shower.
In Villa Grya Atma, the fourth bedroom, upstairs, face other rice fields. It also has its own salon and bathroom.
The dining / living rooms open on the garden, the swimming pool and rice fields.
Family rooms faces the back garden with a fish and turtle pond. Children love to play in the family room, in times of rain.
All rooms have air conditioning and fan
The kitchens are used for final preparation of the dishes before serving. It has a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a water dispenser.
The swimming pool are tiled with natural stones coming from Java
Bale Bengong are places where you can relax or get a traditional massage
The garden faces more than 1 km uninterrupted rice fields, with a small temple on the right side.
The villas share some facilities, such as the main kitchen, laundry, management office and garage, in a separate building, commonly known as the “back of the house”, in truth it is more like the “house between the villas”.
The two villas communicate via a gate in the garden.
The villas have been designed as family and children friendly.
It is easy to look after children as all ground floor rooms have direct view over the swimming pool.
The family room, behind the main living and dining room is a great place where children play in case of rain.
There is also a “nanny’s bedroom in each villa, in case you need a baby-sitter to stay overnight.

The Villas have been designed, built and are managed with the single purpose of your enjoying a wonderful and trouble free stay.
The villas' staff consists of 11 (shared with villa Griya Aditi): 1 cook, 6 waiters and room attendants, 1 pool attendant and maintenance man, 1 gardener, 2 night watchmen.
The villa manager will welcome you upon arrival. She will visit you during your stay to check whether everything goes fine. You also call on her in case of a difficulty or to arrange activities.
The villas are fitted with modern facilities, telephone connection to all rooms as well as to kitchens, the office and security post, wired and wireless broadband internet and cable TV.
Note about broadband internet : please remember that you are in Bali and nothing goes at light speed here, internet connection is not an exception.
We have ample electrical capacity to power all the above and to keep the villas cool, and a 30 kVA generator.

Booking Terms
o Bookings more than 30 days before the commencement of the stay
• Confirmation of booking : Down Payment 50 % of the amount for the whole stay.
• Balance to be paid at the latest 21 days before the commencement of the stay. Failure to pay the balance when due may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeit of the down payment.
o Bookings less than 30 days before the commencement of the stay
• Confirmation of booking : Full Payment 100 % of the amount for the whole stay.
• Payment of extra charges by cash in Indonesian Rupiah, US Dollar, Singapore Dollar, British Pound or Euro before departure from the villa.
• Cash payment in a currency other than Indonesian Rupiah will be at the rate published by Bank Internasional Indonesia.

“dont look any further for accomodation” Our transfer organised by the villa came to collect us in 3 cars (one for luggage) and one for us to make sure our ride was in comfort and it only got better from there. “Beautiful villas, excellent service..” We booked both villas for our family gathering in end Sep 2012. The villas were very nice and quiet with beautiful rice field view. Swimming pools were also very clean and we barely felt the chlorin in the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the drivers provided to take us around. All of those made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable...

“Outstanding” Out stay at Villa Griya Atama was exceptional. The staff led by Sri were friendly, efficient and very professional The food was magnificent and the Villas were beautifully kept. We had a very relaxing holiday, swimming and enjoying our views across the paddy field. The Villa is located close enough to the centre of Ubud (about 10-15 minute drive) if you wish to go shopping or an evening out. We had our own driver (Eddie) and his exceptional services were included in the rental of the Villa. Eddie was fantastic, he looked after us like we were one of his family. I highly recommend Villa Griya Atama if you want a holiday where you can totally relaxed and be away from the crowds and party goers Bali is famous for.
