Close to Castellammare del Golfo in the sunny valley of Fraginesi you find this detached 60 square meter-house. It has a 55 square meter roof terrace, from where you can see not only the sea, but also the tranquil surroundings with a 360-degree-view. On the spacious, covered front terrace you can enjoy the beautiful warm evenings with a glass of delicious sicilian wine. In the 1300 square meter garden is an outdoor shower and a barbecue. In the kitchen with oven, gas hob and fridge freezer, there is also a sofa bed. The digital TV has different, but mostly Italian channels. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. Hairdryer and fans are available, but no washing machine. This house is ideal for people who like it quiet and do like to have plenty of outside space . The interior is simple, but with any comfort. The price-performance ratio and the great environment and the outlook make this holiday a good name .

The beach of Scopello ( Guidaloca ) is about 5 kilometers away, as well as the Playa of Castellammare. Shopping in Castellammare del Golfo (4 km).

Trapani

For the holidays, for the winter, as a retirement or second home - Castellammare of the Gulf with its many options and its privileged location is the ideal location.
