Wow! This condo is breathtaking! Starting with amazing views and complete remodel, this condo is stunning! Whether you are staying a day or two or a few weeks, as soon as you open the door to your unit, you’ll know you are on vacation.

Stylish and comfortable bedroom with queen size bed, upgraded kitchen and Stainless Steel appliances fully equipped with all you need for those nights you want to eat in. Water views from your balcony. Flat screen TV in the living room is available to catch your favorite show. The condo also has Free Wi-Fi. Relax under one of the tiki umbrellas and run your toes through the soft powdered sand. You may even catch a dolphin or two passing by in the beautiful Tampa Bay. You can grill at the outdoor BBQ grills or cozy up in the evening by the fire pit.

Sailport Waterfront community offers a large swimming pool with Poolside Bar for beverages and snacks, outdoor fitness machines and beach volleyball.

If you’re a sports fan, beach comber, foodie or competitive shopper, you have it all within 10 minutes.

Join us for Spring Training to watch your favorite team whether its the Yankees, Blue Jays or the Phillies, you will just be minutes from all of them. There is plenty to do. You can go to a Concert at the arena or Busch Gardens. Enjoy a day at the beach at Clearwater Beach or Madiera Beach and take a walk on the boardwalk at Johns Pass Village.

Plenty of restaurants to choose from such as Rusty Pelican, Bahama Breeze, Beach Bar/Restaurant and Armani's at the Grand Hyatt are all very close. For shopping there is the Westshore Mall and the International Mall…it’s all within 10 minutes away or less.

The first floor is a covered and secured parking lot, along with elevators for your convenience.

The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! Very clean! The owners were very nice and available anytime we needed to call them. We would totally stay there again. There was the need for more… More

Thank you, I take full responsibility for the wash clothes. Housekeeping usually leaves 4 of them. I should have sent them back immediately and I did not. So sorry, we now check with housekeeping after every clean. Unfortunately the neighbor should not have done any renovation before 9 AM or during the weekend. Had I know I would have called the community immediately. Thanks for the feedback and best wishes!

I have no complaints with this resort or condo. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful views of the water and sunsets. We will definately be back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christine (the owner) a message.

If Christine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
