This wonderful, detached lodge, situated on the Llannerch Holiday Park two miles from St Asaph in Denbighshire, can sleep six people in three bedrooms.The Roe is a wonderful holiday base for exploring North Wales. Set on the Llannerch Holiday Park near St Asaph, this detached lodge has its very own private hot tub and a cosy woodburner to curl up by in the winter. The accommodation is set solely on the ground floor and includes a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite, two twin rooms and a family bathroom. There is an open plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area and outside, a covered patio with a hot tub, furniture and a BBQ and also, off road parking for two cars. The Roe is wonderful for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, all year round.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi on-site, selection of books, games and DVDs. Town: St Asaph has a population of just over 3500 people and was awarded city status in 2012. Situated in the Vale of Clwyd and overlooking the rivers Elwy and Clwyd, this city provides opportunities for riverside walks. St Asaph is also home to an historic cathedral, which dates back 1400 years in parts and has the reputation of being the smallest, ancient cathedral in Britain. The city offers numerous activities, attractions and amenities, including gastronomic dining experiences, angling, horse riding, traditional pubs, crown green bowling, a leisure centre and craft and gift shops.
