The lounge/ dining area is open plan with a central fireplace looking out to the pool. Comfortable sofas and armchairs and coffee table in the lounge area and 2 televisions, one dedicated to keep the kids entertained with a playstation and a selection of DVD's. English channels such as BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc are available for viewing, as well as children channels. The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests, with a separate wine fridge!

A fully fitted and equipped kitchen (leading straight out to the BBQ area) with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc, indeed, everything that you would expect.

There are two twin bedded bedrooms on the ground floor (the beds can be pushed together, if required). These are both serviced by a large guest shower room.

The first floor has a further 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room. The other bedroom has twin beds with an ensuite bathroom (with bath). Both bedrooms have a private terrace, plus there is another lovely terrace where one can have a relaxing drink and appreciate the sea view, or look down over the pool and garden on comfortable seating. On the outside, there is a 4m x 9m swimming pool which can be heated, if required, at 200 GBP per week. This is surrounded by a terrace and lawn, with a large table and chairs for al-fresco dining and sun loungers.There is also a barbecue area just off the kitchen with a BBQ, pizza / bread oven and sink. On the other side of the house, a table tennis table is provided for family enjoyment.
