"Fab Stay at Merryview"
This was our third stay at Merryview - and have already booked our fourth !!
Cottage is great - spacious and beautifully decorated and very clean and well maintained. On arrival a very well put together welcome basket is waiting for you - full of really nice goodies - including bacon, eggs & sausages etc. Patricia and Derek are great hosts - nothing is too much trouble - really nice touches with Sunday papers being brought to your door and occaisionally fresh eggs and extra logs. Location is Fab ! - great views and very peaceful yet within easy travelling distance to many of the usual locations - various national trust properties, castles, villages and beautiful beaches. It's great returning each day to this cottage after a day out - cosying up with the log burning stove. Cottage as mentioned is beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and spotless. Nice touches with lovely toiletries, books, games are plentiful. Can't recommend this cottage highly enough - standards are excellent and so is the service.
