From the owner

Situated within a 4 minutes walk to the quaint fishing village of Moelfre, with its shingle beach.The beach is overlooked by the pet friendly Pub, The Kinmel Arms, Ann's Pantry and the Icecream Parlour. There are also a seaside gift shop, a well stocked village store and an acclaimed fish and chip shop. Close by is the Seawatch Centre and the working Lifeboat Station, which holds an annual Lifeboat Day every August, both are situated on the Anglesey Coastal Path and well worth a visit.

Moelfre is a picturesque Maritime Village which has plenty of history due to nearby ship wrecks, and the courageous work of the Lifeboat crews.

Less than 5 minutes drive is the golden sandy beach at Lligwy which is ideal to spend those long hot summer days with the kids. Moelfre is suited to family holidays with so many nearby attractions, The Anglesey Sea Zoo, Pili Palas Nature World, Rib Rides down the Menai and Plas Newydd to mention just a few.

The bungalow has ample parking space for 2 cars on the drive. This beautifully appointed spacious 2 bedroom bungalow has views from the lounge and kitchen of Penmon Point, (unfortunately the light house is obscured by a tree), and beyond the Snowdon mountains can be seen.

The well equipped open plan kitchen diner,has a modern fitted kitchen with a microwave, Tassimo Coffee machine, slow cooker and all the appliances you would expect. The new dinning table seats 4.

The utility room which is off the kitchen has a washing machine, tumble drier, freezer and dish washer.

The lounge contains 2 leather sofas to relax on, a fireplace constructed out of Moelfre stone, which was quarried locally, we have also added to this an electric log burner.

The master bedroom ( The Puffin Room ) has a double bed, dressing table, mirror and wardrobe and ample draws for storage. We supply the bedding and towels for your stay.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds a wardrobe and ample drawers for storage.

The bathroom which has been newly fitted, has a bath, electric shower, heated towel rail, and is dressed in a nautical theme.

The bungalow has a newly installed electric heating system.

The garden benefits from having an open aspect giving it the maximum amount of sun, which is enhanced by having a seating area with BBQ and a separate eating area.

The bungalow has free wifi,a DVD player, a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, (the user just needs to log in to their accounts).

COVID 19. In accordance with Welsh Government guidelines, following the Covid 19 restrictions, the property will be deep cleaned including soft furniture which will be scanned by UV light between each booking. We have also amended the check in time to 4pm and check out time will stay the same 10am on the day of departure, to allow extra time to thoroughly clean the property, which will include disinfecting all surfaces. We will also provide hand sanitisers, antibacterial hand wash, and antibacterial washing up liquid for our guests.

We allow 1 well behaved dog,and would like them to keep off the beds and furniture. When you have finished with the BBQ, could it be cleaned and recovered. Similarly the garden furniture could that be recovered after use.Thanks for your cooperation.

Why can't I call Keith (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Keith (the owner) a message.

If Keith (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
