"YSGUBOR HEN"

A small barn conversion on a small holding with sea views, close to Sandy Beach 700 metres and Trefadog Beach 500 metres. Ideally located for lovers of peace and quiet as well as walking, sightseeing and relaxing on one of the many beautiful beaches that surround Anglesey. The Anglesey coastal path is right on your doorstep and ideal for a wonderful walk. Anglesey is situated on North Westerly tip of Wales. Surrounded by 125 miles of rugged coast and beautiful sandy beaches, most of it has been designated area of outstanding natural beauty. Anglesey has its own micro climate and weather pattern, which can change hourly

The Granary flat consists of one bedroom with King size pine bed, en suite Shower room, open plan kitchen dining/living room which also has a sofa bed. The Kitchen is equipped with small under counter fridge/freezer, dishwasher oven/hob and microwave.

There is underfloor heating during the colder month and also additional heating from log burning effect electric stove, wall heaters in bedroom. There are two TV's one is a Smart TV, also free fibre optic fast WIFI and Panasonic HIFI. French doors from bedroom lead onto balcony and stairs down to a patio area now with "NEW WOOD FIRED HOT TUB" (£75 per week £50 per short break payable at property on arrival) also table and chairs and a built in BBQ, overlooking open countryside

Due to steep staircase and small shower room, Ysgubor Hen is unsuitable for anyone with restricted mobility.

Ideally suited to couples searching for peace and tranquility and escape the daily stresses.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Beatrice (the owner) a message.

If Beatrice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
