Milverton is a fabulous cottage, newly extended and completely renovated to an exceptional standard in 2012. The setting of the cottage is second to none, wonderfully positioned, just a stone's throw away from the Menai Strait. The cottage is located in a quiet, peaceful area, with restaurants, pubs, picturesque footpaths and cycle paths and a range of water sports nearby.

Milverton is a comfortable, fully equipped, relaxing cottage with fantastic views. The four bedroom accommodation includes 2 double bedrooms, both with stunning views of the Straits, two single bedrooms, large sofa and a travel cot It also contains 2 bathrooms, with 2 showers and 1 bath, a kitchen, living room and dining room.

The living room has large French doors opening out into the garden, allowing you to enjoy the magnificent views from both inside and out. There is also gas coal effect fire to keep you cosy in the evenings.

The light and sunny cottage faces South East and is set in its own garden. The garden has its own glass wall to ensure optimum views and includes an eating area, allowing you to have a meal or enjoy a few drinks in front of the fantastic view.

The views are stunning and you’ve got everything you might need very close at hand! Menai Bridge has such a good selection of good places to eat and as you say lots of interesting walks close by too! I’m glad you had some really good weather too although the cottage is just as nice at any time of the year, whatever the weather is doing! Great that you are already booked in to come back next summer and I look forward to welcoming you back again!

    Why can't I call Anne (the owner) before booking?

    If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne (the owner) a message.

    If Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
