We want to let you know about the safety features and cleaning practices implemented in our property. Our cleaning practices was strict before and in the last few months they are rigorous to make your stay safe. Following instructions approved by Croatian government (Ministry of Health and Institute of Public Health) and ECDC (European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control) we have implemented key practices; our property are cleaned with disinfectant and guests will be able to check in and check out without any person-to-person contact. To help give travellers’ peace of mind, we are avoiding back-to-back stays. This may help minimize the likelihood of contamination by allowing enough time for cleaning and disinfection.

The apartment is located in one of the quiet Dubrovnik neighborhoods where you’ll get to experience the modern day Croatian culture. In addition to great traditional restaurants and farmer’s markets this neighborhood is in great vicinity to less crowded Dubrovnik beaches. There are several bus stations nearby with frequent buses that can take you to the old town in less than 10 minutes where you can experience everything the historic Dubrovnik has to offer.

This cozy and stylish apartment has 60 square meters and is able to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. From the amenities our guests can enjoy a flat screen TV as well as air conditioning and an unlimited wireless internet.

The bedroom has a large king size bed along with all the necessary amenities you may require during your stay including fresh towels & linen. Kitchen amenities include a fridge, a kettle, a toaster, stove, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Bathroom has an iron with an ironing board, a hairdryer, washing machine and the essentials like soap, shampoo and toilet paper. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the park where you can relax and enjoy in traditional mediterranean vegetation. The included parking spot is also visible from this point.

There are several bus stations nearby that can take you in 5 minutes to the Old town and Dubrovnik’s most beautiful beaches.
