Spacious and comfortably furnished and equipped apartment. Beautiful living room opening onto a south-facing terrace-balcony with view of the residence's private swimming pool. Apartment located on the 2nd and last floor, also benefiting from a small private solarium terrace on the roof. The apartment, equipped with two twin bedrooms, is ideal for four people. The whole is part of a small block of 23 apartments, shared swimming pool with gardens and sun loungers and secure underground parking. Important: The apartment has a tourist license validated by the Municipality of Tavira, and a rental management team on site offers various services in addition to ensuring Check in and check out (cleaning service, linen, routing service at FARO airport).

Dina Goncalves is our person of confidence on the spot: in charge of the household at the departure, and the handing over of the keys etc ..... She also proposes additional services if necessary and with your load: lingerie during the stay, transfer airport of FARO . Originally from the region, she is perfectly trilingual (Portuguese, English, French) ..... We will send her contact details to the reservation to organize your arrival and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Check in from 15h to 20h Check out before 10:30 20 € extra for any arrival after 20h to pay locally. Rental cot and high chair: 10 € for the duration of the stay to pay on the spot.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pascal (the owner) a message.

If Pascal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
