Welcome to our recently refurbished home, Villa Julia in the heart of Conceição, Tavira. Villa Julia is spacious, fully air conditioned with a private garden and a 7 metre x 3.5 metre swimming pool. Conceicao Train station is less than a 5 minute walk and takes you to Faro, stopping at other stations along the way.

The Villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes and two with en- suite. There is also a family bathroom with shower and hair drying facilities and a downstairs shower room. A large lounge along with TV showing both showing all UK and Portuguese channels. The dining area is generously sized. A fully equipped kitchen comprises cooker/fridge freezer/washing machine/ dishwasher and microwave.

The Villa is a 5 minute drive in to Cabanas town centre by the water front and lagoon walkway which is close to the main beach. There are several restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets etc.

The historical town of Tavira is just 4 kilometres away. For golfers, we are located a 5 minute walk from Benamor golf course and there are 2 top quality golf courses within a 10 minute drive.

Also in Conceicao there are 2 supermarkets and a local pharmacy with in walking distance plus several coffee shops and a variety of restaurants.

Cabanas is a former fishing village. It has a little more than 1000 permanent residents, and its beautiful and clean beaches turn it into a popular tourist destination in the summer.

The village structure is composed of a long line of low-rise houses, shops, bars and restaurants facing the Ria Formosa

Whether you are the adventurer type, a sports person, a Mediterranean cuisine admirer or wish to spend some relaxing days with your family, Cabanas and Tavira offer you all this and much more.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Martin (the owner) a message.

If Martin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
