Spacious 3 bedroom, fully furnished holiday home in small mature development with large gardens and shared tennis court. Excellently situated beside the golf course and within easy walking distance of the beach and the town.
Downstairs the kitchen / dining area has an open plan style, with sliding patio door which leads onto the furnished patio area which is partially fenced off for privacy. The kitchen units are of a modern cream high gloss finish with all modern appliances.Through double doors you are led from the dining area into the living area which is comfortably furnished with 2 large couches, coffee table, TV, DVD and flame effect fireplace. Off the kitchen, there is a large utility room with sink and washer/dryer. There is also a downstairs shower room with WC and wash hand basin.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one twin room and a hot press. There is also a full bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
Ballybunion has lots of amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants, public swimming pool & leisure centre and theatre. Lots on nice local walks. Very good, safe surfing on Ballybunion beach. Sea fishing and river fishing on the River Feale. And of course golf at the world renowned Ballybunion Golf Course!
Outside Ballybunion, you can drive through the scenic Irish countryside and visit local towns such as Killarney, Kenmare, Dingle and Listowel. Driving along the 'Ring of Kerry' is an absolute must! Further afield, areas such as West Cork and Clare are beautiful areas to visit.

The Province of Munster region
Ballybunion is located 8 miles from Listowel town which is famous for its Annual Writers' Week festival and every September Listowel Horse Race Festival Week. The town also has an annual programme of theatre, music and dance. Tralee which is less than 20 mile drive away. Killarney is a beautiful tourist town with many beautiful walks and places of interest to visit.
Ballybunion is an excellent base for visitors wishing to explore the Dingle Penninsula and surrounding area. Cliffs of Moher in Co Clare are also within easy driving distance .
Ballybunion is situated at the mouth of the Shannon Estuary and has miles of long sandy beach. Nearby is Beale strand which is a smaller quite beach.
The house is adjacent to the world renowned Ballybunion Golf Links which has hosted such celebrities as President Bill Clinton and Tiger Woods.
In recent years a Health and Leisure Centre has been opened in the town which provides excellent Gym and swimming facilities, The Centre is opened 7 days a week.
