“Wonderful, tranquil cottage with everything you could need” Evi is a wonderful host and lives next door to this great holiday cottage. Everything is there that you could need, right down to dishwasher tablets and shampoo! The cottage was clean, quiet and comfortable and we could enjoy a log fire every night. It's about 10 minutes drive from Killarney so easy access to the bustling town centre, but so quiet out in the hills, with a lovely garden. The only thing that would have been nice to have is internet access.
If we come back to this area we will definitely be looking to stay here again!
“The perfect place to spend any event!!” We decided to take our family to Ireland to celebrate our fiftieth wedding anniversary. That included six adults and seven grandchildren ages ranging from 2 to 11. Mary was the perfect hostess as she was always willing to suggest different events that satisfied the needs of our entire family. The house was absolutely wonderful and the location gave us the opportunity to travel to a number of beautiful places. Mary had suggested that we have Claude prepare an anniversary dinner for the adults and a special meal for the children. What a delight and memorable event. Claude did an outstanding job. This house is like a second home and Mary and Morris make it feel so.

We spent a week in this gorgeous cottage which is only 5 minutes drive from the centre of Killarney. Everything in the cottage you could possibly need. Evi the owner is wonderfully helpful and extremely friendly lady - nothing is too much trouble for her. Gorgeous garden to sit in and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. A great base for visiting Ring of Kerry and surrounding beauty spots and stunning scenery. We will definitely return! …

Excellent house for a group of friends
We were very pleased with our stay at Mountain View. Although situated about a mile from the centre of Killarney we are walkers so this was not a problem. The owner was very pleasant and obliging and allowed us to check in at 12.00 as we had an early morning flight into Cork. The house was very clean and spacious and more than met our needs. The excellent kitchen facilities meant we were able to self cater on quite a few nights. I would highly recommend this property to a group of either friends or family. …
No 20 Killarney Holiday Village
Excellent, spacious accomodation with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a wonderful welcome pack.
The accommodation was excellent. Although we arrived late, the key was available via a security key box and Denise arrived a few minutes later to welcome us in person. She had also provided a wonderful welcome pack of provisions including coffee, tea, milk, ham, cheese, bread, eggs and not to forget the wine and flowers - very much appreciated after a 14 hour journey. Ample towels and linen were provided. Cleaning products including washing tablets for washing machine and dishwasher were also provided. Amenities in Killarney were great. It's a beautiful place with lots to do - cycling, horse-riding, fishing. Obviously very popular with other tourists as heavy traffic in town centre :-) Lots of lovely eating places in town centre or just pop next door to the Acorn bar for a drink and a meal (and avoid the traffic). …

Blarney House was everything we wanted, and more. We arrived to a lovely welcome pack, and flowers, and was given very useful information on the area. The location was just right, close for visiting Killarney, and central for exploring the county of Kerry & Cork. The Killarney Oaks Hotel next door was very convenient for a meal & drinks if you had a long day exploring ! …

Remote house in the beautiful wild west of Ireland
This large house is situated on a hillside with views of mountains and hills all around. The house is well furnished with five bedrooms and a huge open plan dining/ sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large utility room with washing machine and dryer. We found the house comfortable but because of the hard surfaces it could be noisy if there were more people. There was a lack of information about the appliances which was a bit frustrating sometimes and the directions to find the house were minimal, taking us longer than we expected to find it, especially as signposts were minimal as well. There is one other house close by, but apart from that, no buildings in sight,. Wonderful walking country, but no shop or pub/restaurant within walking distance and it get s dark, very dark!. …
