The balcony, aside from affording a sea view, also provides a panoramic view of the development and its facilities. For greater enjoyment the flat supplies a table, sun-beds and chairs for use on this balcony.
The communal areas of the estate around the pool, mini-market, restaurant, gardens and tennis court, provide other areas to relax, with appropriate seating, sun-beds and umbrellas.

- Minimum period stay is 7 days usually. Flexible from 16/30 September until May.
- Changeover day: Flexible until 28th May 2010.
Saturday or Sunday from 29th, 30th May until 12th September 2010.
Flexible from 13th September 2010 until 27th May 2011.
- Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is before 10.00 am (this is to allow time to clean and prepare the villa for next arrival).
- 40% deposit required for booking the property (not refundable). Balance payment, 60%, to be paid on the arrival day. Payment in Euros.
About this location
The Algarve region
Algarve is famed for its beaches, for the countless shades and tones of its rocks and cliffs. This is a place where people live to the rhythm of the great holiday destinations, sunbathing during the day and at sunset flocking to enjoy the restaurants, bars and discotheques that enliven the night time hours.
Just a few miles inland of Algarve and everything changes. The green of the countryside is dotted with almond, fig, orange and pine trees and decorated chimneys stand out against the ochre of tiled roofs. Bucolic villages invite you to experience a way of life rooted in the tranquillity of nature, to add another dimension to your holidays.
The apartment is in Balaia in Olhos D'Agua close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Algarve outlet shopping centre is about 15 to 20 minutes drive. More than hundreds of shops and a supermarket occupy two levels.
Upstairs several restaurants offer food and beverage for every taste and budget. Sufficient parking slots are available even in rush hours. Cinemas and a bowling alley. Opening hours daily from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
There are plenty of restaurant to choose from and they are all walking distance.
Marrachinho supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Maria Lusia beach is 10 minutes walk and Santa Eulalia beach is 20 minutes walk. Santa Eulalia has cliff top restaurant and Maria Lusia has beach bar. There are car parking facilities at the both locations.
Balaia Golf village is adjoining land (9 holes reasonable degree of difficulty for small course) - 10 minutes walk. Pine Cliff is 10 minutes drive.
