This one bedroomed apartment can either be used to provide 2 doubles and a single or 3 singles and a double. Tastefully furnished with comfort and quality in mind.

Kitchen has all you need for your stay with Gas Heated and Air Conditioning that can be used to heat in the winter months. Latest Flat screen TV with DVD and CD Centres. Sky TV and lots of DVDs available as well.

Parking nearby. Large deck area which has direct access to a large shared Pool (10 metres). Owners own sun chairs and furniture. Ideal for families but still very quiet and easy access to all restaurants, bars and shops although the Village has all its needs it still remains quiet even in the busy summer months.
25% Deposit with booking. Balance 6 weeks before or on time of booking if less. £150 Deposit returned 7 days after departure (Bank Transfer). Prices are per apartment and not per person.
The Algarve / Central Algarve region

The Albufeira / Olhos d'Agua area
If you want to get away from the overcrowded hustle and bustle of Albufeira and visit something more of the real Algarve than Vilamoura, but don’t want to be far from either, then a holiday in Olhos d’Agua may well fit your bill. It is a popular fishing village located in-between the two.Most of the activity in Olhos d’Agua is on the main street, and the winding road that leads down to the promenade and the excellant lightly sheving beach. Once on the beach you will be able to relax in the security of it's surroundings and scenary.
In Olhos D Aqua you will find a good selection of quaint bars and restaurants. While it can get quite busy in the summer months, compared with Albufeira, it is a quiet resort. Best suited to families who want a relaxing beach holiday, or as a base for exploring other areas in the Algarve. It is also a popular destination for Portuguese families, which is always a good sign. Excellant for access to the many Golf Courses that surround the area.There are no nightclubs here, so if that’s what you are looking for then you’ll have to pay a visit to Albufeira or Vilamoura. It is 6 km to Albufeira, but only about 3 km to the Strip, where you’ll find the liveliest of the nightlife. Walking will take you about 40 minutes, although there is a regular bus service, which is cheap. Alternatively a taxi will only cost a few Euros.
Beaches in Olhos d’Agua, Algarve
Praia d’Agua, the local beach is good, lined by pine trees on the cliffs and its rocky outcrops. Generally it is not too busy, but well used by local fisherman, whose boats you’ll see lining the beach. Nearby beaches include Praia da Falesia, probably one of the most beautiful in this part of the Algarve. It’s long, at over 8 km, and is flanked by red cliffs. It runs eastwards, all the way to Vilamoura. Another beach, Santa Eulalia is a gentle beach, ideal for young children.

Faro Airport is 30km away. Return taxi/minibus transfers can be found at the terminal. Typical fair is 30-35 Euro per journey to and from Olhos D Aqua, payable to the driver.
Car hire although not essential, can be pre booked with a number of companies at the airport, Olhos D Aqua or Albufeira (4km).
Taxi rank 2 minutes walk (taxi to Albufeira centre 5 Euros approx). Bus Stop 2 minute walk away. Excursions to tourist attractions available from Olhos de Agua hotels or within the resort.

Felt at home straight away. The apt is s light and the view to die for. Excellent facilities with little extra touches such as CDs DVDs card games etc. Access to BBC TV great for dark eve in January.
Ideal for 2 - 4 people - the bedroom is 2 singles together so can treat as twin if needed. Enough room to put the sofa bed out as well as a single.
We had trouble with the lock when we arrived but a call to Nick in the UK sorted it out within a couple of hrs and we were given a number to call if it happened again.

The apartment was perfect for two people. The bedroom had two singles and plenty of cupboard and drawer space. The living room was comfortable with freeview and a selection of newspaper DVDs. The kitchen was excellent with all the mod cons you would expect in a new house. Piece d resistance was the balcony with a couple of steps leading to the outdoor pool - must be fantastic on a summers evening. The view from the balcony was over the village and out to sea. The secure parking garage was a definite plus as parking nearby would have been difficult.
