About the home

Property is in the main town of Albufeira. Pinecliffs, Gale, are a short drive away. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, nearest supermarket is approx 1km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items). Villa Brejos has modern bathrooms and air conditioning throughout. The Villa is spacious and easily accommodates 8 - 10 people.

Golf Courses: Algarve has some of the best Golf courses of all differing scales and prices. There is a Golf Academy just 5 minutes walk from the villa, with a golf course.

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

Perfect for families and groups that want to relax in peaceful surroundings throughout the day, and within eacy reach to the bars, restaurants, and beach of Albufeira Town.

Kitchen/Breakfast Area:
Fully fitted kitchen including electric hob and oven, large fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, TV, Breakfast Table and chairs. Cutlery, plates and cooking utensils provided.

Washing Machine and door leading to outdoor BBQ area

Dining Room:

The villa benefits from direct sun light throughout the day, the sunloungers surround the pool, along with an outside table and chairs. There is plenty of room for groups to socialise together around the pool.

Perfect for a relaxing family holiday or golf, sightseeing, activities on the beach or just relaxing by the pool . The Algarve Shopping Centre with its numerous shops, cinema, Supermarket and restaurants is only 20 mins drive away, Parking is readily available and free.

Further details

Booking Deposit:
A 25% deposit of the total villa hire charge will be required on booking. Full payment will be required 6 weeks prior to rental start date.

All party members are advised that they have travel insurance and ensure it covers cancellation, charges and emergency assistance, and name it on the booking form.

On receipt of your deposit payment we will forward an invoice detailing all items booked by you. The balance must be paid ten weeks before departure. The person who signs the booking form will be responsible for payment for everyone named.

A refundable security deposit of £500 will also be required with the full payment balance for any damages found on the last day of handover by our Resort Manager. Once we have received his clearance of there being no damages, repayment will be effective immediately.

Conditions

If you require airport transfer we can arrange this: Price for 1-4 people €35, 5-8 people €80, 9-12 people €75. Prices are each way from Faro Airport.

We can supply high chairs and cots at no extra cost, subject to availability.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Temperature is generally good all year round. Warmest and the most dry European country.

The Algarve coast is known for some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. The Algarve has 200 miles of sandy flat beaches . The Algarve has Approximately 3000 hours of sunshine a year. The climate is compared to California.

Albufeira is one of the top holiday destinations in the Algarve. With its mix of New and Old Town. The old town remains an unusually pretty village with its narrow cobblestone streets, twisting lanes of whitewashed houses and terracotta roofs above a beautiful spread of beaches. In the day time walk around all the local shops and have a drink in one of the many Bar's and Restaurant over looking the picturesque beaches. In the night watch the town come alive with street performers and music . In one of the many great Restaurant's why not try chicken piri piri one of the local dishes.

In the New Town you have late Bars and Discos open in the early hours. With some more great Restaurants.
All this is with 15min walk from Rua dos Brejos. Also dont forget about Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine all with in 20min drive and some of finest golf course with in 10min drive.

The Albufeira / Central Albufeira area

Brejos is located to the North of the main town of Albufeira. Located close to the Hotel Montechoro which is surrounded by bars, pubs, restaurants. The Hotel itself has a sports club with Tennis facilities, Gym, as well as many leisure activities.

Jan-March = Warm during the day, gets cold once the sun goes down
April - May = Hotter and Dryer, warmer in the evenings
June - September = Hot and Dry Morning , Day and Night
October = 24 degrees during the Day, ideal for Golf
November - December = Generally Warm but bring a jumper


Just a short drive to the many shops of Albufeira which is easily accessible via the main road into Town. The Beaches of Santa Eulalia and Oura are again a short drive away and parking is free beside the beach. Villa Brejos is also close to the Bull ring area and the recently built modern complex which is housed next to it. Taxi's are available from outside the airport terminal and take approx 45 mins door to door

It has 300 or more days of sunshine annually. The Spanish border is only 45 min on the A22 Eastward, it is possible to get a ferry to Morroco it approx a half hour crossing.. Vilamoura (resort) is only 10 min away, it is a Golfers and Yachting paradise. The largest shopping centre in the Algarve is less then10 min drive, located in Guia village, "Shopping Algarve" Complex has everything, Cinemas , 10 Pin Bowling Fast food outlets , restaurants + all the main high street shops.On the opposite side of the road to "Shopping Algarve" you have the Retail Park with all your electrical and home needs. Lisbon + Fatima can be seen on a day trip by train from Albufeira station.

The review:
The villa is really lovely, in reality it's much better than in the pictures. U can find all what is necessary for vacation there. We spent a marvelouse time there. If I go to Albufeira once again, would be nice to stay at the same villa. The cafe which is next to it is good for breakfast, very tasty one. The only problem there it was difficult to find it, as taxists doesn't speak english, and seems doesn't know the region at all. so for the next visitors, a small hint if u want to find it quckly, all the taxists know the cafe Roseiras, which is next to villa.
The rest is perfect.

The villa is excellent. Rooms are quite spacious yet very cosy, everything was working fine and the service was great. Its a bit hard to find at first but Cafe Roseiras is a good lacating point. Its not too far from the Strip and only 5 min drive to the Old Town. I would definitely stay there again.
