Property is in within easy reach of the main town of Albufeira. Pinecliffs, Gale, are a short drive away and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, nearest supermarket is approx 1km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items). Villa Brejos was completely refurbished in 2008, with modern bathrooms and air conditioning throughout. The Villa is spacious and easily accommodates 8 people.

The Algarve coast is known for some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. The Algarve has 200 miles of sandy flat beaches . The Algarve has Approximately 3000 hours of sunshine a year. The climate is compared to California.
Albufeira is one of the top holiday destinations in the Algarve. With its mix of New and Old Town. The old town remains an unusually pretty village with its narrow cobblestone streets, twisting lanes of whitewashed houses and terracotta roofs above a beautiful spread of beaches. In the day time walk around all the local shops and have a drink in one of the many Bar's and Restaurant over looking the picturesque beaches. In the night watch the town come alive with street performers and music . In one of the many great Restaurant's why not try chicken piri piri one of the local dishes.
In the New Town you have late Bars and Discos open in the early hours. With some more great Restaurants. All this is with 15min walk from Rua dos Brejos. Also dont forget about Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine all with in 20min drive and some of finest golf course with in 10min drive.
Albufeira / Central Albufeira area
Brejos is located to the North of the main town of Albufeira. Located close to the Hotel Montechoro which is surrounded by bars, pubs, restaurants. The Hotel itself has a sports club with Tennis facilities, Gym, as well as many leisure activities.
Jan-March = Warm during the day, gets cold once the sun goes down April - May = Hotter and Dryer, warmer in the evenings June - September = Hot and Dry Morning , Day and Night October = 24 degrees during the Day, ideal for Golf November - December = Generally Warm but bring a jumper
Just a short drive to the many shops of Albufeira which is easily accessible via the main road into Town. The Beaches of Santa Eulalia and Oura are again a short drive away and parking is free beside the beach. Villa Brejos is also close to the Bull ring area and the recently built modern complex which is housed next to it. It has 300 or more days of sunshine annually. The Spanish border is only 45 min on the A22 Eastward, it is possible to get a ferry to Morroco it approx a half hour crossing.. Vilamoura (resort) is only 10 min away, it is a Golfers and Yachting paradise. The largest shopping centre in the Algarve is less then10 min drive, located in Guia village, "Shopping Algarve" Complex has everything, Cinemas , 10 Pin Bowling Fast food outlets , restaurants + all the main high street shops.On the opposite side of the road to "Shopping Algarve" you have the Retail Park with all your electrical and home needs. Lisbon + Fatima can be seen on a day trip by train from Albufeira station.

Booking Deposit: A 25% deposit of the total villa hire charge will be required on booking. Full payment will be required ten weeks prior to rental start date.
All party members are advised that they have travel insurance and ensure it covers cancellation, charges and emergency assistance, and name it on the booking form.
On receipt of your deposit payment we will forward an invoice detailing all items booked by you. The balance must be paid ten weeks before departure. The person who signs the booking form will be responsible for payment for everyone named.
A refundable security deposit of £500 will also be required with the full payment balance for any damages found on the last day of handover by our Resort Manager. Once we have received his clearance of there being no damages, repayment will be effective immediately.
In the case of any claim against the security deposit any balance remaining will be credited within 72 hours. You will be fully notified at all times of any pending claim.
